About us

JEJ Masterclean is a residential and commercial full service cleaning contractor specializing in detail cleaning. I have 45 years experience working in the cleaning industry which included 28 years as a field technician for Servicemaster and four years as a general manager of ten franchises. Due to the downturn in the economy I was released from ServiceMaster. I have decided to take my lifetime of cleaning experience and start my own company where I can continue to serve you, the customer, with a personalized service and detail cleaning. All work performed by Master clean will be done by myself, the owner. I am a strong believer in the importance of quality customer service and this enables me to provide you with the quality and professionalism you deserve. As always, Jim at JEJ Masterclean did a marvelous job of cleaning my carpets. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. He has kept them looking like new for years, including by removing some stains I feared were there for good. When I called to schedule my annual cleaning, he was on vacation, but he called me back anyway! His customer service is beyond compare.

Jim did an amazing job on our carpets!! We bought and moved into a home a few months ago and there were pet stains from the previous owners all over the basement carpet. The carpets are less than a year old so we didn’t want to go the trouble of replacing them. Jim came out and within a couple hours ALL of the stains were gone!! They look brand new and we couldn’t be happier!!! Jim is really nice, he explained his process before he got started, and showed us the progress to make sure we were happy before he finished. He was kind, professional, and fast! I highly recommend Jim for your carpet cleaning needs!!!

Jim is a delight prompt, courteous attention to detail. He always has a smile on his face I can't say enough good things about him. He deep cleans all the carpet the stairs and cleans up after himself. He cleaned my tile and grout in my powder room it looks brand new. I would recommend JEJ Masterclean for carpet cleaning.
