In association with an extensive patio, hardscape and landscape project I needed an irrigation system to complement it. This project required design, consultation, installation and annual maintenance. Scope included irrigation for lawn, planting beds, planters, perennials, trees, shrubs and annuals. The work was highly professional, performed on time and on budget, and has required modifications over the years as the planting has matured. I would not have anyone else other than Auto Rain provide this service. I highly recommend them.

I had a large patio and extensive landscaping project and needed lighting to compliment the project. Services included consultation, design, installation, and regular follow up. Service was prompt, professional and effective. Auto Rain saved me money by counselling and educating me on what I really needed to achieve the desired result. With exterior lighting less is often more. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had multiple drainage issues and projects over many years and have always trusted Auto Rain for consultation, design, installation and follow up. Projects consisted of gutter and other drainage issues related to a large multi tiered patio, installation of French drains, drainage issues associated with a large berm and underground water, drainage around foundation, adding drain and pipe for an additional sump pit, etc. All projects were completed promptly, professionally, on time, and more importantly work perfectly.

We had tried several other waterproofing/landscaping companies and the leaking problem we had continued. Water poured in through our window in our basement. Katelyn analyzed the situation, determined the cause and defined a solution. She worked well the town engineer. The drainage was completed the day before the big flood in Lake County. We were dry! Very happy with results. Fair pricing..,not cheap, but not the most expensive.

Every time auto rain comes to the house to work they are on time, efficient, and very knowledgable about sprinklers and lighting. They remove their shoes at the door so as not to track in landscape material. Always professional and will alwaupys work here!

We have used this company for years. We found one of our sprinkler heads not working, so I called the office. It's nice to call a company where you don't have to first press 1 for English and so on! A person immediately answers the phone. They are very willing to work around your schedule. We have never tried another company.

Every time I have called Auto Rain the phone is answered with a friendly voice and the question of how they can help me - I really feel like a customer.  When I make the appointment with Auto Rain the service technician is always on time for the appointment.  The work that is done, including at times replacing sprinkler heads, is always of the highest quality, including the technician cleaning up after themselves.  I highly recommend Auto Rain for all lawn irrigation needs.

Krista and her crew were quite responsive during each step of the process and she even trained me and my husband on how to use the system. It went very well and it has done a great job with the recent dry spell. The rains stopped after the project was finished. I have run the sprinklers just about every day with just a few exceptions. There were new large plants that required lots of water. The people were very knowledgeable, experienced and professional at all times. They were very good at keeping me informed and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
