We had no heat and called. They did come out within 1 hour which was great. By that time the furnace started working again. The gentleman said with it working he can't tell us what is wrong. But he insisted that we buy a "maintenance agreement ". It later stopped again. We called someone else and the same thing happened but they read the "code" and told us what the problem was. They even showed me the part and I bought it for $25.00 and put it in myself.

The crew at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning were professional, on time, and the day before they did the work they dropped off two huge portable heaters that heated my entire house taking me out of the bitter cold. I have never has a service man show me photos of what needed repair. Phil explained things carefully to me and gave me multiple options.

Phil called right away and arrived a couple hours later. He cleaned my furnace and told me there were a couple issues but I elected to see if my son could repair them. I would recommend them.

Phil came in and said that he could only put 2 pounds of free-on and said it needed more but could not take it because I may Ineed a new condenser or compressor. Told me he could put in a new unit for $3800. I got another opinion and they told me to check the filter. I went and checked the filter myself, and put a new filter in and I have not had any problems since. I waited a few weeks to do this review because I almost had him put in the new unit, and had he checked the filters, it could have saved me money. I spent $10 on the filter and he never bothered to check the filters.

They came out immediately upon placing the request. I literally received a call 5 minutes later. My entire AC unit crashed on Friday, they came Saturday, And has an entire new system installed by 100pm on Monday.

When we purchased this house 20 years ago, we hired a different company to replace the furnace and air conditioner. There was very little flow so they replaced several of our runs also. After all that work and expense, we were forced to run two window a/c units along with our central air. Yet our house still would not cool! We were extremely frustrated. When we hired One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Phil was sure he could help us. And he did. We cannot believe how wonderful our house cools. Phil was very accommodating, as we had to split the installment dates for the furnace and air conditioner.
