My furnace went out went it was minus 1. I called Phil who came out within 1 hour. He diagnosed a problem with the thermostat controller that went bad. He installed a temporary thermostat and is working with the manufacturer on the warranty for the original. Phil explained everything, walked me through the work. He was very professional and courteous.

Phil always return calls/text in a timely manner. The service was on time and very professional. Our furnace went out during a cold snap and The techs installed a new furnace and humidifier the next day and left the area neat and clean and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone! Unfortunately, our homes and the systems that provide heat, electric, plumbing, etc. do not last forever and must from time to time get repaired and replaced. I have owned a home for over thirty four years. While over the years I have used many HVAC companies, I cannot think of a more professional, friendly, informative and quality heating and air conditioning company than One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

Phil at One Hour Heating was prompt, courteous and did a great job and was over the top with quality & customer service. I would certainly recommend him and his company to my friends & relatives. I received a call from One Hour Heating and AC within a few minutes of calling Home Advisor. I was able to get an appointment for the same day and the technician (owner) was on time and fixed the problem quickly. He even checked the rest of the system with no extra charge to make sure there were no other issues. I will call One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning next time I have any issues and would highly reccomend them.
