My car was parked outdoors during a massive hail storm, requiring most outer panels to be replaced. Their staff was very helpful on showing me exactly what work was to be done, which outer parts needed to be replaced, and how long the work would take. Since there were many cars damaged in the same storm, they clearly explained a timeline for bringing in my car a few weeks out and kept to their total repair time and cost. Lastly, they worked directly with my auto insurance company, requiring me to only pay deductible.

The only comment I had was the car should have been inside when I picked it up and shown to me by a rep from the body shop. It was raining outside and I was just given the keys and a box of cookies. The staff was very nice, but I think someone should have gone over the car with me before I left.

I highly recommend this company. Mike F. was the appraiser who helped me. Mike was the primary reason for my great experience. They were very friendly, professional and respectful of my time. I stopped by on a Saturday and in 20 minutes, I had an estimate and a schedule appointment for Monday. While the job was being done they called me to keep me updated. My job was schedule to take 3 days but due to inclement weather it took an extra day. Since this delay cost me an extra day of car rental, they voluntarily reduced my bill by one days car rental. The business conveniently has an Enterprise Rental agent a few hundred feet away. The office staff was also friendly and professional. The building is huge, modern and clean. When I checked out, they offered to warm up my car and they gave me a box of cookies. Nice touch.

Platinum Collision was very professional during the repairs. They arranged for a tow truck to deliver my car to their location. They discussed with me their initial estimate, the parts required, and the timeline for repairing it. They answered all my questions and provided good information. They called me a couple times during the repair process to give me updates and even complete the repairs a day before their estimate. They even wash the car and vacuum the interior before returning it to me. I've been driving the car for a month after the repair and have been very pleased with it.
