This is the second time we have used this company. They do an excellent job. Brian was helpful in explaining the process he was using which we appreciated. In addition to cleaning our large sectional sofa and 2 recliners he also cleaned our family room carpeting as well as my husband's office. The results were outstanding.

The only carpet cleaner that came to inspect the carpets first. Made me feel much better since they were so dirty.

Carpet cleaner, Ryan, was very concerned about doing a good job and didn't rush this project. His comments and suggestions were appreciated upon completion of the job.

Brian was friendly, reliable and efficient. Picked up and delivered as promised and the two rugs look like new. Plan on having him back to clean wall to wall carpets and furniture .

I had a great experience. I received a prompt response to my request and a thorough explanation of the services. I have a senior dog who has been having more accidents. They cleaned the carpet and treated the stains. I also had my couch cleaned. I was very happy that they were able to come out within a couple days and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again. My 16 yr old carpet almost looks new.

Service was exemplary. Only had a sofa to clean and Brian told me what he would charge and added the stain guard since I only had one small sofa.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, excellent customer service and service I received from Brian (owner) of this business. I love to support local businesses and would give Horn`s Cleaning Services A+. The explanation about the cleaning process and thorough, neat and enthusiasm/passion given to me was excellent. I hired the company to clean my master bedroom, stairs and landing in my home and a rug because my pet peed on my carpet. After the work was done I kept walking by the steps to smell how clean, fresh, and new my carpet looks. I would and will definitely contact them for more cleaning and other services as needed. Thanks for a job well done. I am not easily pleased because I am meticulous and I was and am very impressed with the work that was done. Thank you for your service.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, he did everything that he promised and more, I really appreciate the end result. They did a wonderful job, they went above and beyond with what they did.

I was contacted almost immediately by the owner and scheduled service for the next day. Ryan was on time and very pleasant to work with. He told me that some stains on the sofa might not be completely removed and I appreciated being told what to realistically expect. It turns out he was able to remove the stain and my furniture looks and smells much better.

Good work but slightly pricier

Very professional, yet pleasant. Organized, efficient. Every single thing was exactly as promised during the home visit prior to the work date.

This service did not respond to a request for service on the 1st time. It took Home Advisor kicking them in the butt to get them to call me for an appointment. The service man, Ryan, was pleasant and efficient.
