I would say A++++++.  They are trusted by many.  They have done all work within reasonable time.

We've been using him for probably 15 years. All of our cars go to him and it is family owned. They are reliable and honest. Quite a few people I know and a lot of neighbors go to him too. He does whatever you need. Change oil, filters, brakes. I took my daughter's car in and said we need tires and he picked the right tires and put them on. I trust him to do everything with the car. The prices are fine. He does good work, he's reliable, trustworthy. He does what he says and he's kept our cars in running condition.

I've probably used them for 30 years. Lou has passed on and the mechanics that worked for him bought the business and have been running it ever since. That's been about 15 years. It is good quality service. They give me the kind of service I need to have. I can just call them with a question. They are just like family. They are the mechanics I want and I trust their advice when they tell me something needs to be done. It is a long term relationship. They have a lot of customers like that. They are not cheap but they are not the same price as a dealership. I trust them. They are not gouging and I can rely on the work they do.

Lou's Garage did a general tune up of our daughter's car. They changed the oil, replaced wiper blades, fixed the headlamps, and replaced the oil filter. They are a very much a neighborhood service center. They are very friendly, honest, and we can rely on them.

We have had all of our cars serviced with them for the last 15-16 years. We have had everything from an SUV Ford to an Audi. We trust them with all of our cars. They can do everything and solve just about every problem. They are a real neighborhood service center. They do an honest job. I would highly recommend them.

We've been using him for 15 years. They are about as honest as any car repair dealer. If we bring a car in and it doesn't need anything, he won't do anything and he won't charge us. His pricing is always good. We've never had him suggest something that wasn't needed. We'll ask him to do things and he will say that it is not time yet. This is a neighborhood garage and we drop off the car and pick it up when it is done.

Lou's is easy to do business with. They're not Jiffy Lube! You must schedule an appointment. They have always kept their word concerning turn-around time. Their shop is a throw back to the good old days. If you like the smell and sights of a traditional "shop" (grease and cigs, girlie calendars and rare vehicles), you will like the men of Lou's Garage. Honesty is my biggest concern with auto repair. I have always been concerned with dealer repairs... feeling that no matter what, they're "finding" things that need to be fixed and charging excessively to do so. Lou's Garage is INCREDIBLY HONEST!!! I have actually brought my vehicle in with symptoms, and they sent me home saying it didn't act up while they had it... NO CHARGE. When it acted up again, I brought it back and they fixed it. Lou's works on all makes and models. In 2003 I brought them a used Prelude from dealer stock that had a 39 point inspection. Lou's found several things wrong and saved me $1000's + headache.
