Alan, the main sales person at Ireland was amazing. I'm a bit crazy with over reviewing large purchases and had a LOT of questions. Alan was always quick to respond -- even on the weekends. 

Install was scheduled and performed on time. All portions of the sale were clearly defined, including the 0% financing offer through Carrier. The install even came with a great surprise! The A/C system I had purchased was out of stock (regionally) so they upgraded me from the Comfort series to the Professional series at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier with the results and even more so with the customer service.

We used them for a few years, but it seems they have gotten too big too fast.  The first year, they did not do our 'summer' cleaning until October!  The second year, which was the cold winter of 2013/2014, they never made it out at all.  (We bought the contract as they promise to proactively schedule with you, as most of us forget about it until it is too late!)  In both instances, they claim to have called the home number to schedule, but when I checked the caller ID history, they never called.  
The receptionist at the office is somewhat gruff and very defensive.  Last time we spoke she apologized and said they had moved, had a lot of business, and were way behind.  Congrats on growing so much, too bad the service is terrible.  (What was the end cost?  When we moved we spent $24,000 with a local competitor for 2 new heating/air systems, etc.)
IF you can get a service guy out to your house, they are very, very good.  Always had good luck with repairs once they made it out.  
The prices are very high, shop around.

They are very reliable. They come and seem to take good care of everything. They clean up the furnace and cleaned up after they left. I thought they were very thorough. They covered their shoes when they came in & even when going to the basement. I have had them before and would hire them for the air conditioner.

We have a contract with them and they come every year. The last time we used them it went fine. They were on time and they cleaned up. They were polite and professional. They are reliable and I would recommend them.

It was fine.  They were good.  It worked.  They are very professional.  They follow up.  They are very accessible.  They are good people.  The owner calls to make sure you are satisfied. 

They were very good. I was very happy with their service. They were very good. The benefit that they gave to me was that I had just bought the house and so they were able to come in and explain how the different systems work- they did a good job in explaining how all the parts came together. I would definitely like to continue working with them.

It was absolutely perfect. He came in, did his thing and analyzed it for me. I give triple A rating for me. The guy comes in, takes off his shoes, puts his slippers in, pulls up in a nice clean truck. The service, the image, it was all awesome. He was fantastic. I'm happy. My furnace is working. They did a great job. He didn't leave a mess behind. He cleaned up after himself and vacuumed up the stuff that needed to be vacuumed. He's very pleasant. I'll keep them as my heating and air conditioning company. If the wife didn't cry about it, it's fine. He was right on time.

They were fine. It was very expensive. I no longer use them because they're too expensive. They have an annual service contract that they want you to sign and I did end up signing it. I sent pricing it out and they were extremely expensive so I ended up cancelling the contract because of that. I had to pay an exorbitant fee. I had to pay the whole thing. The pricing was the only issue. I will not use them again because of pricing.
