Performed a few other items found during checkup such as changing wiring to correct issue with humidifier running when not supposed to.
Changed drain route for humidifier.
They were nice and knew what they were talking about. The biggest drawback was that, they were very expensive. I will consider them in the future, maybe for a quote.
"The maintenance program is a pre-paid program that covers the heating systems in the fall (which was performed) and a return no cost maintenance/cleaning visit in the spring on the a/c system. The only other expenses that may arise is if pressures are low and it needs a charge of refrigerant or additional parts . We have attempted to contact the homeowner with hopes to verify additional questions regarding this program are answered and that she had the opportunity to review our program agreement details that was left at the time of the fall maintenance call and payment."
