The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. It really seems like they care a lot for my dog. I would tell others that they should use them.

They are very reasonable, kind and do good work. They work quickly and also send me reminders about vaccinations.

the clinic was very clean, the Dr. was very informative the staff was nice.

Fantastic as usual

I have used this vet since the day they opened their doors and have never had a major problem with them. I called that day and they were able to give me an appointment. We did have to pay the fees up front, which had gone up since the last year when I had asked about the same services. They do, however take all form of payment; cash, check and credit. We went into the closed off exam room where Patches turned out to be a little more frisky then I thought. As he paced the room the vet walked in and tried to get him on the table to administer the shot. He would not have it so she gave him a sedative. That quickly worked and she was able to put him down peacefully after that. The vet we had this day was not the vet we had always seen, she must have been new. Everyone there was very sympathetic and professional. Even the vet tech came in and loved all over my dirty dreadlocked old man of a cat. After this they allowed us to stay as long as we wanted and all the kids were allowed to say goodbye, they covered him with the towel we brought and we left. We had him creamated and a paw print cast was made. We got all of that back within two weeks. We also recieved a sympathy card from the vet office about a week after our visit. I highly recommend this practice based on cleanliness and they way that ALL the staff treats their patients. They are a little high in price, but they truely earn it. I will always go back to them as long as I live in this area.

I witnessed a large black lab attack a little Chihauha on Easter Sunday. The Chihauha was in definite need of medical attention. I spoke to the owner to help her contact her vet, which is this vet. When I was on the phone with the vet, she was more concerned about getting a deposit then what was wrong with the dog. She asked who the dog's owner was (the one that was attacked) and after I told her, a sigh of frustration came from her end of the telephone. In the end, the dog was treated effectively.
