The Mueller crew where very professional. They were on time every day and were dedicated, as a team, to doing things the right way. They did not leave at the end of the day until the area around my home was clean. The hot and humid conditions did not stop them from working at a steady pace throughout each day.
When the work was completed then the foreman walked around the house with me to determine if I was satisfied.
Our home is a real challenge for any roofing company with its large area of roof (almost 6000 square feet), severe roof pitches and numerous valleys.
"This was a quote request from June 25th 2014 . Our estimator responded and from the customer account gave a verbal estimate for some roofing work ( no bathroom or remodel ) . No written estimate/ contract was made , nor was an contract accepted / executed at time the verbal price was given. The customer recalls contacting the estimator on his cell phone weeks later to have the work done. At that time the estimator did recall giving a verbal estimation of what it would take to do the roofing repairs then proceeded to inform the customer we were extremely backed up and it would be several weeks . After waiting the customer once again contacted the estimator on his cell phone , it is unclear what transpired at that point , however it is and always has been our policy to print and execute accepted contracts from homeowners . Unfortunately the homeowner never contacted the office other then the first call requesting the estimate. Our estimator should provided or at least followed up with a printed estimate . This would of allowed us to schedule and track the job in our computer systems per our policy. We have now been in contact with the owner and although its been 9 months he has still not contracted anyone to do the work . We look forward to providing him a written dated quote that can be accepted and executed promptly."
"Ive researched the calls taken by our office and have been in communication with the estimator appointed to this call . This was an extremely unfortunate lack of communication by our estimator . He did in fact schedule the estimate and not arrive or notify the homeowner. Time is important to everyone and it is not nor ever has been our intention to make homeowners wait around for a scheduled estimate. We have made critical changes and have implemented stricter more efficient communication / estimate scheduling procedures to make sure this does not happen to future customers. Every customer is important to us."
