About us
In 1964, Huemann Water Conditioning began as a family owned and operated business and since then has prospered by building strong customer relationships. We currently have 22 employees, where 12 of them are certified through the Water Quality Association (wqa.org). All work performed is through our employees where no subcontractors are used. We have employees who are certified and licensed plumbers in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. The 1st Saturday of each month we offer a salt sale where the customer picks up salt at our office. We service all equipment we sell and have the ability to service other equipment. Additional e-mail: [email protected].

2 months ago the problem persisted. This time they installed the filter and this was going to take care of the problem and charge us 180.00 dollars.
4 weeks ago the problem started again and another technician, Carl was called. He replaced the filter and 5 parts in the mechanism and said to call him in 2 weeks to see if the salt was going down. By the way their was NO CHARGE ,and he replaced the filter
He call me back to ask if he could come back to test the water and to bring me 3 bags of salt. He showed up tested the water and delivered me 3 bags of salt. He said that the water was 100% soft and charged me 18.00 dollars.
My patience was worth all the service that was rendered politely, with a smile, no excuse, and on time. I am glad that their is a co. that still works and tries to take care of frustrated customers by fixing the problem. Now I hope I have a system that will satisfy me. I will use them again because they are very professional.
