The service contract is very satisfying because it includes heat and AC checks. It also give you priority service if you need to call them out.

We were turned off by several factors:
- Price - ARS came in $300 dollars above other bids.
- Warranty - ARS offered 10 year parts / 1 year labor. We found 10 year parts and 10 years labor elsewhere.
- Professionalism -The provider wrote up the estimate and then informed us that the quoted price was not his best offer. He told us that he'd talk to his manager and give us his best price when we called to schedule the service. I was irritated by this unnecessary haggling.
