"All original correspondence is through the A List website until the appointment is scheduled. The request for the Tune-up was received on 2-16-17. You were contacted through A List website and scheduled for 2-21-17 between 8-11 and were asked to confirm the appointment. A second email on 2-17-17 was sent asking for confirmation, this time to your personal email, no response. A third email was sent on 2-20-17 asking again for confirmation, no response. A final email was sent, to your email, on 2-21-17 stating that since you did not confirm appointment it will be taken off the schedule that day. We were not given your phone number so, we had no other way of contacting you. If you don't want the Tune-up you can ask for the $39.00 back. We do not get the $39.00, that money goes directly to A List. They can refund you. You can also call us and we would be happy to come out and perform the Tune-up."
