Dan is out of this world. He is professional, courteous, and everything you?d want in a person that comes to your house when you are most likely not at your best.
Both times we called them in ?emergency? mode. The tech (Dan) was at our house in less than a ½ hour. They are thorough and very good at what they do. Within 5 minutes he identified the problem, proposed a solution and quoted the job. In less than a ½ hour he was done and we have a working toilet and a dry bathroom once again.
We will definitely continue to use Duane Blanton for all our plumbing needs. They repeatedly go above and beyond to get everything back in working order.

Woke up to a leaking water heater on Saturday. Called Blanton at approximately 10:00 AM. Made appointment for 1:00 PM.
Told them to put a water heater on the truck. Technician arrived shortly after 1:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new water was installed,
starting to heat with no leaks.
Courteous, fast, very professional.

A very nice tech came, and diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately, it was under my home, and the access area is pretty small. He could not fit. He arranged for another tech to come within a few hours. They both came back, fixed my burst pipe, and I have running water in my house! VERY PLEASED with both the professionalism and service of all the individuals I dealt with at Duane Blanton Plumbing. I have some other work I need done in my home, and have already scheduled an appointment for them to provide the service. Would highly recommend.

Tech Daniel was very prompt with all appointments and explained the options available to solve my problem. Left me with the estimated cost so I could further explore my options. I called back and told Daniel to go ahead. They had to order the new heater and were able to install the next day. The tech is a very cordial and competent person.. Tech and office staff great to deal with.
