In addition to being a handyman, Aidan is also an Illinois licensed Home Inspector This brings a highly qualified eye with an unbiased point of view to help you assess your project or problem. All work is performed or directly supervised by Aidan to ensure the work is performed quickly and professionally. Our customers love that we show up on time, and many simply hand us a list knowing it will get done at reasonable prices. All labor, travel and material (if required) is included in our quotes, and many times the final bill will be less. You are always kept apprised of the progress and anything unusual that may require additional attention at the time or in the future. While we may make suggestions or observations, all decisions are yours alone. We have a flexible schedule to allow you to have the work performed at your most convenient times. We are as neat and quiet as possible while the work is being performed, and always clean up when we're done. 100% satisfaction is our top priority. We've been providing services to customers for over 30 years, and on the very rare occasion an issue has arisen it has been handled quickly and to the customer's complete satisfaction. On the outside, we provide many routine maintenance services. We restore decks and porches, paint, repair and replace trim, clean and repair gutters, power wash, replace mailboxes and more. On the inside, we can help with painting, minor trim work, furniture assembly, shelving, sink and toilet repairs, screens and other handy work.
