York Heat/AC Pump System lost all the refrigerate after only 3 weeks. Problem was from installation. Customer service is always great and service techs are polite. Hope this is the last problem for awhile.

Swamp Cooler Installation and Replacement
Salesman was nice and efficient, it went downhill after that! I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE COOLER INSTALLED YET! $7500! AND IT HAS BEEN almost a month since I purchased it. It has been over 95 degrees here and they keep giving me a run around on damaged deliveries, re-order of the unit because it never got re-ordered the first time around, the head manager won't respond to my emails......

Installer tried to get me to sign even though it didn't work properly. He had to call his boss, and I had to talk to him to get them to continue to work. They worked on it, got it to work, but still really doesn't work right - and they never checked the temperature. Will be calling a separate company to fix their errors. They promised to make it right. Instead they had the installer call me back and bully me on the phone. I will never call Sears for HVAC ever again. What a terrible experience.

Placed new larger pad over existing small pad. System is unstable. partially crimped the suction line as it exits the house. Did not check to see if freon levels were appropriate or stable. I have a long line set in my home and the mfg recommends adding additional refrigerant for longer line sets. Did not properly flush the refrigerant lines while converting an R-22 system to R-410.

installers were very professional, workmanship of very high quality. removed all unused parts and trash, except for the installed unit, could not tell they had been there!!! would hire them again, recommend you talk with them if needing heat/air work.

They hit a bump in the road. They didn't have everything needed for the installation, so they went off to Home Depot. Do want to add that one small item wasn't on the list but the installer thought I should have it. I believe he paid for it himself. The installation took longer then even what they expected. I was happy when it was up and running (HOT day). So far I'm very happy with the system. I liked the installers. They were polite and experienced.
