Sears sent a salesperson to our home. The salesperson spent over three hours inspecting the house and formulating a quote. We signed up on the spot and wanted them to come out the next week to start. Sears then sent the actual installers to check the quote and confirm it was good. After two weeks of trying to make contact with Sears again, they finally came back with a quote that was 18,000 more than the original (went from 19,000 to 37,000) . That is a 194% increase from the original quote. It was a waste of time when we could have been having other contractors who gave us quotes actually start the work. Don't waste your time with Sears.

"TOOK WAY TO LONG TO GET HEATING AND COOLING WORKING" First went without heat for two days before they got the heater working right' "good thing it only got down to 50 degrees in my home,"I have a child and a 92 years old father in my home that had to keep a coat on while in the house. Took almost a month to get the AC working not that I needed it but I already paid so wanted it working.The company Sears sent out to do the Job never showed up when they said they would. I am glad it's all done and all working but I would never do this again to much stress.

Customer service at SEARS was horrible. I had my install done and the installer forgot my manuals for the furnace and central AC. He gave me his word that I would receive them that night and 2 weeks later SEARS and the installer has been unresponsive. I also have 2 non working vents in my home and SEARS has done nothing to get the installer back out. I wouldn't recommend SEARS to anyone, once they get your money customer service will do nothing to help you.

Sears sells good products however their production team are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They subcontract out the work. If you call sears for something they tell the contractor 2 days later . A lot of he said she said going on. I should?ve went with a local HVAC company

I hired Lower heating and air conditioning. They did an excellent job, very friendly but professional. Cleaned up very good after themselfs. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them.

They were prompt. Informative. Did what they came to do and in a businesslike manner. The installed product looks good and while it hasn't been used a whole lot, yet, due to weather conditions being pretty nice right now, seems to work very nicely.
