The salesperson Shady was not pushy and listen to our concerns. The 6 man Crew that install my new HVAC was on time, accommodating, respectful and highly experienced & professional. Ensure that I was an agreement on the placement of not only the condenser placed outside the house but of each AC unit placed around the house in each room. Very respectful of my house furniture by covering computers, TV & furniture to minimize dust on them while they made holes in wall to install system. Each room was vacuum and they made sure I was Happy with my HVAC Installation. Highly recommend and there prices on the HVAC Awesome.

The crew came out to do the install but decided it was to much work required. Their company called and canceled the contract because they did not want to do the work required. I must say they did return my money and I appreciate that!

Now I didn?t hire these guys and want to state that up front. However, I initially thought my AC unit was shot and a sales person came out. He looked at the system and said it should still be good but there is probably a leak. So he got me in touch with the service department and they scheduled a technician to come out ($69 cost). Technician came out and said well in order for me to give you an estimate it?ll cost you $300 for a leak check $69 for the visit. Or I can send a sales guy to just sell you a new one. Technician left and didn?t give me anything I could take action from except to lock me into their services and prices right away with a $400 investment. Got a second contractor to quote it out, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote right away with no cost to me. I will be going with the other contractor.

The salesman showed up at the appointed time and was fully prepared with models available and pricing. The installation was done within 4 days of signing the contract. The installation crew was professionally competent and prepared. The old system was removed and the new system installed and operating within 8 hours of them arriving. They meticulously cleaned the work area before leaving. I'm fully satisfied with the installation and so far, with the equipment operation. I wholly recommend this company.

Started project one day late, but finished it earlier than expected. The only negative comment is that the new propane fuel line was not concealed on the outside of the house and was left exposed. Installers were efficient and friendly, informed me on the status all along the way and insured my understanding of new furnace operation before leaving.
