They only thing I didn't like was that they sent a salesman that gave a price, then they called back to offer a lower price and I had to take time out of work to meet with them again. It would have been best to get the best price the first time.

The job was contracted out to another company. They were excellent. I had a problem getting through to Sears. They told me it would take 4 to 5 days, but they had two different projects mixed up. So I cleared out a week, and when they finally got the right project with the right people, it only took one day. I sat there the whole of Monday, nobody called. I don't think I would use Sears again. I would go straight to the contractor that they sent out.

Sears -salesman Ed-good---Quality of work very poor--scraped paint on wall and black finger prints on wall.--pan not raised should have taken the time to build platform--left all trash in attic--cut hole in roof and did not seal or install proper roof jack or pipe.Installed 18"pipe in front of house instead of using flex pipe to connect to existing roof jack in back of house. Did not wire control panel correctly in furnace.
