The sales left a lot to be desired. The company even lost my deposit check. Took three to finally get the contact. Now the manger of the project who took over after the contracts were signed is superb. Windows are still being constructed.

The salesman had no clue about the design of these windows. They arrived with a 4-inch interior white vinyl border blocking about a third of the glass. I refused delivery. They told me it was what I ordered and I have to pay for them.

Took 6 weeks to receive copy of contract. Was able to send a change order for more money. Hard to get hold of. Was given cell numbers. Still called home. Everyone was working. Would tell us that they call back. Never timely. Still waiting for Lance to call back about satisfaction. Salesperson said would work with our schedule. Not so. Trampled my mums. Broke driftwood in flower garden. Walked on new Bilco doors. Smoked on job left butts on the ground. We are under drought warning. Only cleaned up 3/4. Of broken glass. None of the team communicated. The windows are wonderful. It just was professionalism I question. One gentleman worked very hard. His work was great. The younger guy talked about pacing himself or would not be any good the next day.

I had a salesman stop out and I got such a good deal on their top tier windows, I ordered them that day. It took a while to get them installed, but that was due to the pandemic. The windows were installed in 1 morning, about 4 hours. They look great and are so much better than my old windows. I’m looking forward to saving on my heating bills this winter.

Sales team is great, but not a turn-key service. I am having to coordinate the installation with some framers. It has been a very frustrating and convoluted process. I have had other installers say they do everything. I have been very frustrated with this group but now I am stuck with them. My bad for not getting more quotes.

Martin was the very best with informing us of our options. Greg and his team were amazing. I rated the work quality as a 4.5 because there is a screen that is a bit off but Greg said he will be sending someone out to take a look at it :-). Money I would say 4.5 because in retrospect and researching other companies, 8.6K seems like a lot but I am so happy with the installation and the lifetime warranty that I don't even think it matters so much! The experience was so amazing and especially during Covid. The team was always responsive and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

They are unable to get a contractor to complete the work they started two days ago. they are unable to to complete the contractor work, they are not following any of the contractors and I have a case against them. they should not be in business. It is a shame becasue I am paying top dollar for it. The work quality is poor. They damaged the my neighbors yard becasue they put supplies on their property in 2018 and did not start work for a year in 2019. They tried to settle with me for less than 10% of the amount that did not even do.
