My grandmother, Mary and grandfather, Mihron started this business over 100 years ago. I can only imagine what they’d think of our operation today! My grandfather would be thrilled to see we’ve continued in the loose rug cleaning and repairing segment of the industry, and I’m sure he’d be amazed by how far our in-home carpet cleaning business has advanced. One thing that hasn’t changed is our dedication to the customer. Dedication to customer service is what has grown our business into what it is today. My grandparents insisted on strong customer service, and they passed that on to my father, Herbert who instilled that priority in me as well. I am passing that on to the future 4th Generation and teaching them that Customer Service is the most important aspect of our business. That’s what drives us. In addition, our dedicated employees are the foundation of our business and we have been gifted with many long time employees who hold our values of true customer Service.

"Ms AP, you're not telling the truth here. Koshgarian Rug Cleaners does not lie. We gave you the wrong rug because our employee pulled the wrong Common Name order. We called you on the same day, in fact within 1 hour of that mistake and told you we just sent our driver to your home to deliver your correct rug and pick up the wrong rug. You said No we cannot have the wrong rug back until we reimburse you the entire amount of your work order. In fact, our employee had to sign a document you wrote up in order to allow Koshgarian's to flip flop rugs. As absurd as this sounds, we did sign the document only to retrieve the other Common Name order. We admitted we gave you the wrong rug and within moments we attempted to rectify that problem only to run into a roadblock. That is the fact. It had nothing to do with cleaning or redoing the order or spots and debris on the rug. And there was no trouble on your end, you were not even aware we gave you the wrong rug until we called you. The problem was we gave you the wrong Common Name order. A simple mistake made into a huge problem and not by Koshgarian Rug Cleaners."
