After looking over the problem, the repairman knew exactly what was wrong, replaced the part in the faucet and then checked all of our faucets. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. This was the first time we used their services and would definitely call them again in the event of any future problems. It was a small job, but they did it very well.  We’re always very pleased with them.

The experienced plumber found the leak inside of the wall and made a quick diagnosis of its cause. He came a second time, cut the pipe welded a new one and replaced the faucet.

They are currently doing the job and they're punctual, professional and do quality of work. We never had a negative issue that we had to have to deal with them.

The job went good. We've used them repeatedly. They're very fair. They're very nice to work with. They're punctual. We had a water heater that was about to burst. Another workman was in our basement and noticed it. Pasquesi came right out and turn it out and came back first thing the next morning. That was perfect that we didn't have to worry about it. We were not without. We like them a lot.

They were on time. The guy seemed very nice. Seemed very professional and cleaned up afterwards.

The repairman cam exactly when they said he would.  He was finished within a half hour and was very pleasant and efficient.  This is the first time I have used them and will use them again!

Great service

Arrived within hours after the call and did the job very efficiently and professionally. Because cleanout pipe is located in ravine behind our house, the job required a second man. Rodded 120 ft to main sewer and 50 back toward the house. Removed some roots and other blockage. The call took a total of 3.25 man-hours. Service is not cheap, but was well done.

Real nice guy, saw the problem, made a suggestion to us on how to start it other than the directions on the heater. If it went out again and needed repair there would not be an additional service charge.

I had a smell in my kitchen that began on a Saturday. I had spoken to a different plumbing company about the smell, and he had suggested it may be a sewer gas odor from a deteriorated sewer vent pipe. If it turned out to be the case, we would have had to tear open the walls in my home, remove cabinetry, tile, etc, and replace the pipe. That plumber ended up being a no-show, so I called Pasquesi Plumbing.
I spoke to George from Pasquesi Plumbing on a Sunday, who told me that it's possible that it may be a sewer gas odor, but he would first investigate the issue and possibly rod out a blockage, before jumping to the conclusion that it may be a bad sewer vent. He also suggested that it may be a dead animal that may be the issue, and not a plumbing issue. He advised his office would call me first thing Monday morning to setup an appointment, rather than pay overtime for weekend work.
Monday morning I received a call at 7AM to schedule service. By 8:30AM a plumber was at my home. He was very professional and polite, and checked for signs of plumbing issues. Based on his investigation, and the recognition of the smell, he explained to me that it was not a plumbing issue and it was a decomposing animal. I later had a contractor drill a small hole in the wall behind our dishwasher, and they found 4 dead mice.
I was very impressed with honesty, professionalism and punctuality of Pasquesi Plumbing. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I know who to call.

I called for an appointment for one bathroom where the water in the toilet kept running. I had tried to fix it myself but to no avail.Joe came out and fixed it in like 30 minutes and asked if there was anything else. The toilet in the second bath was noisy on flushing, and so he took a look at that and had it was fixed and quiet in another 30 minutes. He also answered my questions about a backflow prevention valve. He was on time, courteous, and efficient. I was so happy to have two issues resolved in one day and at a reasonable price.

It went well. They are professional, and the issue was quickly resolved. It was a European, push button toilet, and they had the parts readily available.

The entire job cycle lasted from September 2011 through April 2012.  This included the initial bid of $1,182.00 for installation of the customer supplied Crane pedestal sink and customer supplied Toto toilet.  
Following a review of bid - which was accepted - another 45 days went by in order for the home owner to purchase the additional kitchen sink sprayer unit and soap dispenser.  
While we fully expected new charges to occur for the added kitchen fixtures we should have requested an update to the original quote of $1,182.00 for the added work.  That was our error. 
The primary issue involved the repeated house calls necessary for further parts and work for the Crane sink.  This was in contrast to our original experience with a similar Crane sink in 2002 (see prior commentary).  The plumber on this job would run into trouble when he did not have the necessary part of valve or whatever for this old sink.  Our prior experience in 2002 consisted of a complete tear down of the entire sink unit, inspection of all the existing parts and required replacement parts.  That plumber returned to his shop, obtained all of the parts and other plumbing pieces....returned to our home a week or so later and completed the update and installation.  The experience in 2011-12 was different.  Repeated return trips to the shop - interrupted by absences of weeks - then a return visit, and other searches for parts and pieces of parts continued for about twelve weeks.  Finally we were done in late June 2012. 
On July 11, 2012 we received a bill for $3,315.50 for the work.  On September 18, 2012 the folks at Pasquesi and ourselves were able to agree upon a reduced amount of $2,900.00.  The experience was not positive, although the work was completed and everything works properly.

We called about 7:30 am and they arrived the same day about 11am.  They brought a water heater, replaced the malfunctioning one, all the while being professional and careful not to make a mess.  We were very satisfied.
