Perfect! Todd was very helpful during the entire project and provided with all the options to be considered at every step. His assistance in deciding on the shingles and the siding which was difficult to find a perfect match since we were not replacing the entire siding on the front of the house!!! Carlos came out and did the estimate. He walked around with me to inspect the house, then walked me through some options. By far, Etruscan was the most reasonably priced. No up-charges offered by the other companies. The three-person crew came out and did the entire installation in about 4 hours. After they were gone, I noticed that the downspouts connecting the roof to a lower gabled edge were not quite plumb. I reached out to Todd, who sent a crew out quickly. They surveyed the problem, explained what was happening and came up with a very innovative way to address the downspouts. Really looks nice now. We have already had two major rain events and the gutters/guards work great!

Etruscan did an excellent job replacing the older part of our roof (a newer portion added on later did not need replacing yet). They also removed an old stovepipe chimney that was a true eyesore to the house. Their work was professional, efficient, of the best quality, delivered on time and finished in one day. Their clean up was meticulous - they swept and checked the entire surrounding of the house, air-blew the roof and gutters, and rechecked, hauling away all of the debris. The result is a much improved roof and very satisfied customers.

We had a 25 year old cedar shake roof that needed to be replaced. I requested quotes from three reputable roofing companies from Angie's list. Todd Payne impressed me most among all three companies because of his detailed quote with a breakdown of line items for roofing material, labor, gutters and skylights. While Todd's estimate wasn't the least expensive, I chose him for the project because of his open communication. In our early conversations, Todd came across as a very detailed oriented person. Unlike other roofing guys, Todd was least "salesy" which I really liked because I wanted someone who let the quality of work speak for their company. The original plan was to begin the project in October, but due to rain and bad weather, the project didn't start until November. Todd's crew was punctual once the project began and showed up at 7:00am in sub-zero temperatures and completed the work on schedule. I upgraded to Own Corning DURATION shingle and asked Todd to do 6 nails per shingle to secure full manufacturer warranty. I'm very pleased with the choice of shingle stain (Onyx Black) which was a recommendation from Todd. In order to save some $$, I chose to have Todd install gutter guards that I purchased from Costco. It has been over a month since Todd's crew installed my new roof, gutters and 4 skylights, and I haven't experienced any issues. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Etruscan.

I would give Etruscan an A for the quality of work done. In the end, they did a good job for a reasonable price. They were very nice to talk with and explained things well. However, they were backed up, so it took weeks to get the work done, and then it was hard to reach them to arrange payment. That said, they are good at what they do and I liked them. So I will use them again should the need arise.

Even though we didn't end up needing to rely on his service (for reasons that have nothing to do with his inspection), we felt very comfortable with Todd. His inspection was thorough, his visit was punctual, and his report was incredibly valuable. Our family would like to rely on Todd for future roofing & gutter needs. He seems like a very trustworthy professional who does honest work.

Perfect. Todd was very professional, answered all questions, provided quote and support for insurance company. Crew was professional, even trimmed a tree for me that was near the roof. There was a small area of roofing that was over the gutter; they came back and fixed it. Roof looks great, and reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again.
