It was about $800 for the two. The service was good. What I like the best is the quality and the brands. We bought Whirlpool. The delivery and installation was perfect. The delivery was on time. They could improve the rating of “B” for responsiveness probably buy having more employees available. When we first went there it was kind of hard to get in touch with anybody from the appliance department, because they were busy with someone else, and there was no one else available. We had to wait.

They’re magnificent.  All software for three computers is covered for a year for this price.  I had a computer that I brought in with the blue screen of death elsewhere.  They were able to keep helping me from that old one to the new computer.

I get good service. I have them come to my home. They’re pricey but they never have to come back out for the same problem. I've used them for many years.

They tried to fix it but it did not happen. They are a pretty big company. They were fine and nice.

They were very polite, dressed sharply, and took the time with us that was necessary. We have now used them twice. We liked both the guys that came to our house. They charged us fairly and we were just really happy with them.

I called and got an appointment. He came right on time. There was something he could not do so he had to come back, but he was prompt and professional. He did a really good job and I have not had to call him back. Their price is high but it was worth it.

Great! I called the main number (shown), and the woman I got was very nice and as helpful as she could be, given that she was in a central scheduling location in another state. It would be a couple of days before they could come. So I also called the closest Best Buy and asked if there was ANY way someone could squeeze me in that day (it was a Saturday). Sure enough, that evening I got a call, and someone actually came over on a Saturday night! The guy who came was GREAT, nice, professional, patient, explained what he was doing, and made sure the system was secure in addition to just working. They have a 30 day warranty too, in case I have any problems or questions. It is well worth the cost.

The service personnel on the phone agreed with me when I stated that the 3 year policy was false advertisement regarding what they would cover. Had I known this I would not have bothered with the geek squad. When I was walked through how to fix the printer i was very pleased with the work. However this experience was not as pleasant.
