I hired a cleaning service through your Angi. The name is Four Seasons and a woman named Cristina. We spoke on the phone and I said I was looking for monthly cleaning. She said fine. She said it was $ 150.00 for the first time and it was a deep clean. She said cleanings after that would be $ 100.00. She came out and cleaned Monday 9/20/21. When she was done I asked her if I paid her or through Angi. She said I pay her, so I gave her a check for $ 150.00. She then asked me for $ 200.00 because there had been so much dust! I had no idea a cleaning service got paid by the amount of dust! I got mad and refused to pay more than what she quoted me on the phone (I wrote it down). She also said for monthly cleaning it would be $ 150.00. I said she quoted me $ 100.00. She said she couldn't do it for that small amount. I asked her to leave my home and told her I didn't respect her business ethics. I'm a senior with disabilities and felt she wanted to take advantage of me because I really can't do normal cleaning.

Terrible terrible. She was late then missed so many spots left things messy and on top of it she started yelling at me and accusing me of not telling her it hadn?t been cleaned in a while. She was the one who didn?t ask for details I told her it was 29k sq ft and with 4 bdr 2.5 baths. She forced herself to come and said and let?s see how it goes. She didn?t finish and said I am not going to do more my feet hurt. I still paid her but she just kept complaining. Worst experience ever. I don?t know of those people who gave her good reviews were they fake? Cause my experience was not that at all! Be ware

I realized Sunday when moving out, that I would need a professional cleaning. I hopped on here to look for pro's. Christina almost immediately called me. She was thorough in her explanation of what they would do and her price seemed reasonable She was so helpful today, honestly.... She destressed me about the whole move, I am still unpacking at my other unit and felt she would take care of everything. And she took the time to reach out to me on Sunday. You can't lose by hiring this company, make sure to ask for Christina!

From the quick response to the clear communication as to when they would arrive and what services they would provide, Four Seasons went above and beyond.

Christina does wonderful work but lacks communication and is unreliable. No show no call on scheduled cleaning date and no response to text messages. It really is a shame as she is very nice and thorough.

The first time was more money for a "DEEP CLEAN".....far from it....things not put back in their proper place...twisted lamp shades....blinds off the lines...sinks not totally clean.
