I would recommend them to other people, they were competitive in pricing, and we also used them one other time.

The thing that I found absolutely amazing was that they managed to balance the heat in a house that has been over 100 years old. They put in a high efficiency furnace with an electronic filter and they did an amazing job.

Cortious, prompt and extremely helpful. They are very good about there service calls and follow up. They offer great specials on their tune ups, and i would highly recommend.

Their competitors told us we couldn't get parts for our older furnace. Modern heating told us that they could find the parts and fix it for us. I asked them to give me a bid on a new system though. Since they were so straight forward, I hired them. Although there was a problem with the AC during the first year of use, we had an agreement in writing with the owner that if it was not powerful enough he would replace it. He stood by that agreement. Even though we didn't end up replacing it, he had someone come out and tweak the old one. Somebody who corrects the problem is as equally as important as someone who does it right the first time. When they came out they were very careful. They were always here on time when they said they would be.
