Ben was responsive from the first call to schedule an appointment. He and his assistant were personable and professional and did an excellent job. They dealt with problems (old windows that were not in great condition) without missing a beat. When I went to pay for the extra windows that were more than the Big Deal was supposed to include, he told me not to worry and that there would be no extra charge.
Overall, it was a pleasure to hire him and I will definitely call him again in the future.
