+ -1 moreGlenbrook Plumbing has done lots of work for us in the past with no problems. We really need them to come again, but they won't respond to our requests. We still can't use the dishwasher because we need a part for the garbage disposal. They have made some excuses. As I said, they were great in the past, but this time we feel neglected.
Description of Work: They came to repair some leaks in the dishwasher hose and connector. We've also been trying to get them to repair the garbage disposal.

+ -1 moreWhile the initial plumbers were nice & all, the work they did wasn't up to par. Then when I complained, the service manager got all pissy & defensive. He then sent over the owner "Bill", who was a BIG BULLY to me, & I ended up having to ask him to leave, because he was yelling at me. He claims he wasn't yelling, but he was & he's a big man physically. I felt afraid in my own home! I told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau & to Angie's List. He said that was my prerogative. Meanwhile I have called another plumber.
Description of Work: They came over to rot out a floor drain in the basement... & it has turned out to be a disaster.

I have had work done by Glenbrook Plumbing in the past, and have always been impressed with their professionalism and commitment to quality. I will continue to hire them in the future, and would highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Glenbrook Plumbing replaced my 40-gallon hot water heater with a 75-gallon hot water heater. They also replaced a cartridge in my kitchen faucet which had become clogged with debris from my old hot water heater. This debris had adversely affected the water pressure for the kitchen faucet.
