He was very nice. He was here for 40 minutes. He was very punctual. I had the 1:00 to 3:00 timeslot and he came at 1:00. They give me a two-hour window and they always make the two-hour window. So, it’s never a problem.

It didn't take very long for them to complete the cleaning.  This was a service we really appreciated.  I would recommend their service.  We use them for heating and air conditioning.  Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning is a wonderful company.  It is a family company.  They are reliable and have outstanding products.

They came out immediately on the coldest day of the year to replace my furnace. I called them at 6:30 am and they were at my house by 8 am. They looked at the furnace and decided we needed a new one. They were in and out and had it replaced and running by 2:30pm. They gave me a reasonable price on a top of the line furnace. My house had gotten down to just 44 degrees very quickly because of how cold it was outside. We were very worried about the pipes freezing and they helped prevent that from happening. Brad, the owner, did a great, quick job. His wife works in the office and couldn't have been more professional and pleasant with getting them out quickly.

I called in the morning and spoke to Jill, who is always so nice.  She is so nice and friendly, she seems like family.  Brad and Dominic came over within hours and found that our intake pipes were covered in snow thus keeping our furnace from working.  They didn't charge me anything.  They do all our maintenance and repairs on our furnaces and air conditioning units.  They have fixed many pieces of our furnaces over the years. Nothing they have fixed has ever broken.  The units are old and not a very good brand.  Thank you builder...   We are going to need new furnaces and AC units soon and I won't go anywhere else.  We have been talking about the replacement for a couple years and we are still hanging on.  Brad has outlined all the various options and ball park figures so we are prepared for when the units go. We won't go anywhere else, but to them when the replacement times comes, which I am afraid is soon.

Glenbrook Heat is a very professional and honest company. After the snow storm, my furnace stopped working due to excessive snow piled on the vent. I called them the next morning - although they were extremely busy- they were able to put me on their schedule and came in without any delays. They cleaned the vent pipe and showed me how to do it incase it stops working again. They were really professional and friendly.  I would definitely use them again!! If you are looking for a friendly, professional and fair-priced company, then you should definitely try them.

I called around midnight on Saturday for a furnace that stopped heating the home.  I left a message to call me back as soon as possible to repair the furnace.  Brad, the owner, called at 7 am on Sunday and said he could be out here within a couple hours.  He was upfront about the surcharge for a service call on a Sunday - basically double the normal weekday rate ($150 vs. $75). He diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the ignitor on the furnace.  That was another $150.  The only pause I have, and maybe because I'm not in the habit of repairing my furnace frequently, is that the price for repair seemed steep considering the part was small, generic, and probably cost $20-30.  And removal and installation took 10 minutes, with maybe another 5 minutes of testing.  So, $120 for labor PLUS the cost of diagnosis?  Overall, service was professional and prompt, and I'd use them again in a pinch.
