My husband called for a quote on getting a custom piece of glass cut for our new bow window seat. The person could not understand what we were talking about. She asked if we can send a picture. We sent it via email. They never called back or responded to our emails. This is more trouble than a person should go through just for a quote.

The provider responded promptly to my request for an estimate and provided it reasonably quickly. The sales person seemed to understand what I wanted, so I was a bit nonplussed when the company requested that I initial and second, different, but apparently also accurate picture of the requested layout -- only a few days before it supposedly was to be installed. Installation took place on the absolute last day of the 2-3 week window after measurement that was promised. My major disappointment was that when I later asked them to do (what seemed like) a simple job of cutting 9 quarter-inch glass shelves for me, the turnaround time of over a week seemed unreasonably long. I had that job does by someone who could turn it around n 24 hours (albeit at slightly higher cost). I will gladly do business with them again for non-urgent projects.

They were fast, accurate, resonably priced, and provided a quality product. I appreciated the insight and depth of knowledge the sales rep had when he came out, and also appreciated how quickly they were able to turn the order around. I'd done my research and had received other estimates. They were all more expensive than Glassworks, slower, and the quality wasn't as great.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

They did a very good job and the space was under a slanted ceiling so more difficult for measuring. Excellent quality. My only complaint is I had to call them to ask about timing once the initial timing period they mentioned for installation had passed. Not sure if they forgot about me. But that then prompted them to set an installation date and installation was done well and the installers showed up on time.

This is probably the 3rd time I have used Glassworks in a period of 5 years.
Over this past year they provided insight into several mirroring
projects; mirrored walls, glass tabletops, and mirrored panels. I was
in the middle of one project and decided to install an entry into the
room so that project was canceled. This was after several visits for
measuring. Everyone at Glassworks was more than patient with my halting process. Talked to Dean about mirroring another wall and he advised that it probably would not be a good idea and advised me as to the
issues. Now what other vendor would say not to do something? His
honesty is admirable. So we went on to do the other work which included
mirroring an enclosure in a butler's pantry area and glass tabletops.
The installation went very smoothly. The installers were perfectionists. The wall is splendid. They were on time and exceedingly neat.
I value the design advice of Dean. His suggestions were excellent. And the team at Glassworks are professional at all levels.
I would recommend them to anyone seeking design advice on a project from a wall to a glass top for an antique tabletop.

It was extremely easy working with them through the whole process... received a very quick initial appt for an estimate, provided the estimate on the spot and the shower door arrived and was installed in line within the timeline they initially provided. Install was smooth and the work was seamless. Highly recommend.

We were doing a bathroom renovation on 2 bathrooms and ended up selecting Glassworks based on the Angie's List reviews. Dean was super responsive in his e-mails and when meeting him very friendly - he put on little plastic things for his feet since we had carpet, took precise measurements and then sent us his bid (ask for Angie's list discount if available!!!) He then sent another person for second measurements. When we were back from vacation (approx 2 weeks) the doors were ready to be installed. The folks installing were super quiet, and did not get in our way. At the end of the job, they cleaned up everything nicely. The job was wonderful! We would HIGHLY recommend Glassworks for your shower doors.

I called Glassworks on the recommendation of a contractor. They timely provided a written quote and scheduled the work for the following Monday. The workers arrived and did a terrific job with the repair. Their workers were friendly, honest, and professional. I would recommend their work to anyone.

We spoke to a customer service representative at the office regarding an estimate/field measure for shower glass. We also requested they cut holes in our existing mirror to be re-installed. He begrudgingly agreed to this, however never communicated that to the estimator. The estimator came in a sedan and was unable to take the mirror back to the shop to be cut. He was condescending, gruff and insulting. He stated that our existing mirror was poor quality and would not work anyway. I told him we had a competitor willing to do the mirror and he shrugged and told me to go ahead. I took his advice and am happy to say we went with the competitor (who was comparable in price but much more customer service oriented) and we had the job done by them. Our bathroom is beautiful!

Overall we had a great experience with Glassworks. The person that gave the estimate was very professional and meticulous. They gave me a quote for a thicker glass without a frame for less money than another quote that i received from Home Depot for a thinner glass with a frame. Obviously, we chose Glassworks and we are very pleased. The installation took a few hours which I expected. The workers were professional and wore booties to protect my carpeting. The quality of the product is excellent. Every time I shower its like showering in a five star hotel, it's beautiful. I am a big fan of this company. Highly recommend them for residential projects.

Glassworks was very prompt in providing an estimate. Their estimate was the best of three that I received.
The person who was to follow up after the estimate to take a final measurement did not do so promptly which was disappointing however after that the process went very smoothly
The doors were installed on time and the job was done very well and professionally

GlassWork was recommended by a friend and GlassWorks was GREAT!!! The quote from Dean Harris was very reasonable. There was an initial bump in the installation. The measurement was off by a few inches. However, the company accommodated our schedule for the installation after the glass had to be re-cut. The installers were phemonenal, especially Marlon. The installation was part of a master bathroom renovation and the original installer's quote was definitely more expensive. GlassWroks also made an installation suggestion which added to the aesthetics of the final MBA renovation. They also made a recommendattion for the installation of the glass kitchen shelves on the newly installed glass tile backsplash. The other suggestions might have ruined the glass tile or not been sturdy. Many, many compliments on the showcase of the spices against the glass tile backsplash and glass shelves. We would defintiely use them again!
