GOOD SERVICE, BEST PRICES. I FOUND WHAT I WANTED ONLINE, ORDERED IT ON THE PHONE, AND HAD IT DELIVERED WITHOUT EVEN GOING TO THE SHOWROOM. THEIR WARRANTY SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. NO QUESTIONS, JUST FAST, EFFICIENT SERVICE IN REPAIRING THE LEAK THAT DEVELOPED IN THE WASHER.

SHOPPED ONLINE AND ORDERED OVER THE PHONE AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO ME WITHOUT GOING TO THE SHOWROOM! I HAD NO PROBLEM ORDERING ON PHONE. I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING BEST PRICE. THEIR WARRANTIES ARE REALLY GOOD. A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, MY OLD WASHER HAD A LEAK AND THEY HONORED MY WARRANTY AND FIXED THE LEAK. THEY HAVE WARRANTY WORK ON FILE, SO IF YOU LOSE YOUR WARRANTY THEY HAVE IT ON FILE. FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE.

THE STORE IS VERY PLEASANT TO SHOP IN AND THE DELIVERY MEN WERE EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. THEY EVEN REMOVED SOME OF THE MANUFACTURER STICKERS FROM THE FRIDGE BEFORE THEY LEFT.

WHILE I WAS THERE WITH THE BOOM BOX THEY COULDN''T FIX, I LOOKED FOR A REPLACEMENT FOR A VCR THAT ALSO WAS BROKEN. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE REMOTE CONTROLS OUT, FOR COMPARISON OF OPERATION. I BOUGHT ONE AT A STORE THAT DID.

"IT WILL GET QUIETER OVER TIME." "YOU''LL GET USED TO IT." TALKED TO THE MANUFACTURER (AMANA). THEIR SERVICE REP CAME OUT AND DIAGNOSED A DEFECTIVE DRUM. THEY ORDERED THE PART AND IT WILL BE REPLACED NEXT WEEK.

THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH GETTING MY PART SO THEY GAVE IT TO ME FREE. I WOULD HAVE RAVED ABOUT THEM, BUT FOR A SERVICE CALL YOU CAN PICK THE DAY, BUT THEY CALL YOU THAT MORNING AND LET YOU KNOW THE TIME. I REQUESTED MORNING BUT THEY SET A 12:30 - 2:30 AND I HAD NO CHOICE.
