Everything was wonderful, we were able to price compare very easily and they are a full service company. Free delivery in Chicago. We were very happy.

Went to ABT on 4/16 to purchase a new washer because of the 15% rebate offered by State of Illinois. Received the rebate for the washer and then decided to purchase the pedestal as well. ABT was giving 15% off for non-energy star products, which made the purchase worthwhile. Found a small freezer, again, not energy star and got the 15% discount on that as well. A delivery date was set up and I paid to have an old refrigerator removed as well. The delivery was scheduled for 4/23/2010 and was told I would receive a call with a 2 hour window of when the delivery would take place. The call came in a few minutes after 7am and the men arrived on time per the predetermined delivery window. It was difficult to get the appliances into and out of my basement. The delivery men were very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job of getting the appliances in and out of my small area. They were even nice enough to help me move things around because the original place I had chosen for the freezer was not working. While one delivery man was helping me move things around for the freezer the other one installed and tested the washer, so things went quickly and smoothly. They were very good about explaining things about the new washer. I would purchase from ABT again.

Took half an hour, repair part was on the truck. Everything was outstanding. Abt internet sales on their website is world class and the service in the store is legendary.

I've also bought 2 TV sets. They took the old stove out and put in the new one. They are great! They are very nice and customer oriented. Whatever it is they do, they do it well. Prices are good too!

All prices were excellent and competitive for their type. All original delivery and original installation work was excellent, as was the work to take the old appliances out. All replacement take-out and install work was excellent. All service rep encounters were very good to excellent. No "gotchas" in connection with the two cooktop problems. Abt has a strong reputation for just this sort of excellence, and they proved it to us every step of the way!

Project went as expected. Price was great, as was the service. Will purchase future appliances from ABT.

I love Abt! I have bought several appliances from them. I find what I want online and if I have any questions, they are quick to help. I knew what I wanted in a stove and so it was easy to find it on their website. After purchasing the stove, they contacted me to confirm the delivery date and on the day of delivery, they let me know when they would be here. The delivery and set-up went great.

They showed up when promised, and the repair was done quickly and the repair person was very professional.

The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and professional. No complaints!

I purchased a dishwasher from ABT. The service was great and the price was competitive. I will definately ship there again.

Delivery truck arrived right at the start of the two-hour window we were given the first thing that morning and the two workers wasted no time disconnecting the old set and installing the new one--including calling Comcast to activate our new HDTV and staying to make sure everything worked properly.

I had an issue with it so they came out and fixed it and it's been fine ever since. They did do the repair without charge. The problem was with the drainage. I have bought quite a few appliances from them and I haven't had very many repairs. They have been the best appliance company I could imagine. They are price competitive with their products, there isn't anybody cheaper. They are very professional and friendly, they could charge more and I would still go there. I don't even bother going anywhere else anymore.

They have been around for years and I have got only good things about them. I have used them before. I like them because they have good prices and good products. When they came to do the installations, they were top-notch. They were outstanding. I even wrote a letter to their company stating how happy I was with their services.

We replaced a TV, and we had upgraded cables to hook up. They used the ones that came in the box with the TV instead of just using the existing ones I had that were already hooked into the receiver. They were right there in front of them to use and they overlooked it completely and that was disappointing.

Very dissatisfied with the service call price. I did not chose ABT.

I just had it installed this past Monday. I was completely satisfied with the installation and the men who came out. They got everything working. They were quite knowledgeable and they did all of the work very fast.

My repair was taken care of quickly. They got the machine in order in no time at all. We were very satisfied with the service.

Crowded store, lots of people looking and buying, and lots of salespeople that really know there stuff. We waited for a short time for a salesperson who had previously helped us...then Mac came along and we were soon very please with the help and information he gave us. Never any pressure, just good guidance. And after we said we'd buy he came up with more goodies, like delivery the next day which really fit into our schedule. We are very happy with the Maytag units and feel real good about our experience at Abt.

Everything went very well. The installation was great and I was very happy with them. It seemed like there was a problem with the dishwasher after the installation and they sent someone out immediately. As it turned out, the problem was with a connection unrelated to the dishwasher. Their customer service is terrific and I would highly recommend them.

I buy almost all of my appliances from them. They have good prices and good service. They deliver the items promptly without any hassles. It is almost not worth looking any where else, in my opinion. I've never had any problems with them.

They have great products.
