We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay so the experience was quick and easy. We negotiated our price and ordered the items after shopping around. We also paid to have an old refrigerator removed which went well. We have had to call for service twice on the dishwasher - once out of warranty. However, since it was the second call for the same dishwasher (GE Profile- stainless) my husband insisted there be no charge. Overall, happy with the company.

Benjamin gave me a great deal. The product was delivered a couple of days later, and they were very accomodating on the phone. They helped me with my decision and weren't just trying to sell me the most expensive one.

I did a lot of researching before buying from them. I talked with Benjamin and he went well below the other prices I saw. It got here on time and they were accomidating to my schedule. Since I work nights, and they couldn't come in the evening when I was awake, they were very quiet and respectful of the fact that I was asleep.

Marvelous. The salesman didn't try to talk me into, or out of, anything; he was very cooperative in showing me those washers that had the features I wanted. The installers came on time, and even made friends with my dogs. They even flushed out some crud that was blocking my hot-water intake valve; the washer fills even better than the old one did! I've bought all of my appliances and almost all of my electronics from Abt. No muss, no fuss, just good prices and great service. Thanks, guys!

Great experience. Consulted with two sales people to learn about HDTV options. Reviewed lots of HDTV LCD and Plasma options. Abt has a diverse array of products on site, so lots of opportunity to play before purchasing! Did request to work with a second salesperson who connected with us better. (There are many associates available to help you, be sure you find someone who serves you best.)

I am so happy I discovered them, on recommendation of my neighbors when we moved to Chicago. They have always matched the best price I could find, they give trustworthy advice, and they are quick to come out if there is anything wrong, even where it might not have been necessary. Their repair service was happy to tell me how to hook up a turntable to my stereo (which was not purchased from ABT). Their delivery service is punctual and accomodating. And their showroom is gorgeous. ABT is my favorite Chicago retailer.

I ordered and had delivered and installed a new washer/dryer combination. They were extremely helpful on the phone as I was selecting the models and placing the order. They called with a delivery time, were there right on time, suggested alternative (and much better) installation plan, removed the old appliances. I could not be happier.

It was the last weekend of the tax break for purchasing energy efficient appliances. they were very crowded. we were looking at the televisions to decide which one to purchase. Requested that they deliver in the evening. They have built their own recycle plant for appliances. They removed an old console tv. They charged $49.00 to install the television which consisted in my case plugging it in and running the channel program. I requested a PM delivery. The day of the delivery I received a call at work telling me they would be delivering between 11:00 am and 2:00pm. I had to change the delivery date. I would have been helpful if they would have said we cannot guarantee any delivery time.

Sales rep was ok. She kind of steered us towards certain products. Seemed as though they must get more commission for selling certain brands. Other than that was very helpful. Prices can't be beat!

They were great! When I had trouble with the Wolf Range, they came out at the time and date agreed to and also informed me that the stove was still under warranty and there was no charge.

Their service is really incredible. They go out of their way to help. The only downside of this experience for us was that the one installer was actually a little grumpy......indicating doubt during the entire install process of whether the product would actually work in the space provided. I think he was less experienced than the person that had been in our home two days earlier and the other installer working with him. In the end, there were no issues and everything has worked beautifully for the last couple of months. I've used this company before (washer/dryer purchase and install) and won't buy appliances anywhere else.

They price-matched with any other brick & mortar store in the area. When I went to pick up the TV at the store, the cashier told me there was no mention whatsoever of me asking to physically pick up the TV. I was advised that on that weekend, there was a special sale and I could be eligible for a free DVD player due to my purchase. When I called my original salesman and left the message inquiring about any special offers, no call was returned.

The sales process was easy. No pressure at all and the salesman answered all our questions. He also suggested the lower priced floor model was a better deal than the new Bosch we were looking at. Delivery and setup were punctual and professional. They also removed our old machine.
