Everything was good! They are an "A!" The door on my microwave didn't seem to line up, and I called them and they sent someone right out to adjust it! Their service is very reliable, and they are very easy to deal with.  The overall experience was great!

They sell everything there, they have  electronics, computers, big and small appliances. They also have an Apple and Sony store in there.

I used their online services to purchase the disk washer. My online experience was very good. I had no problems at all, I knew what I wanted and they gave me the right price.

I had a fantastic experience with abt! They were great from day 1 through installation day! As mentioned above, they installed a 20k generac to run my entire house that starts instantly when the electricity goes out. I highly recommend them for generators because there price couldn't be beat!

ABT has always had outstanding service. The delivery is exactly on time and the installers take great care not to damage your home or the product. They take pride in the service they provide. I do not shop anywhere else but ABT for electronics and appliances. Our fridge broke down and we had a new delivered and installed the next day. They installed a new water line and made sure everything was working properly. OUTSTANDING!!!!

They were professional. They wired everything the way that I asked them to. They did a good job, and the price was good.

One of the things I like is that their salespeople are readily available. Some time ago, we purchased a television from them. They will come to your home to install it.

They were unable to repair my dishwasher, but I was able to credit the service call towards the purchase of a new dishwasher at their store.  Huge selection, competitive pricing.

They are very professional. The salesman was great in the store and it was very comfortable. The men who delivered were total professionals and were aware of my hardwood floors and my kitchen floor. They took their time. They deliver and haul away for free.

They're the absolutely the best! They will match any other prices without blinking. There is never an argument. They will even match internet prices, but they do like documentation in these instances. They have free delivery in the area. They're service department is supreme. It's like walking into the cleanest house and feeling like you can eat off the floor! It's handicap accessible and they have scooters available. It's family owned and they've been in business for a very long time. They know what they're doing and keep on top of everything. I've been doing business with them for ages. I cannot praise them enough! Supreme, divine, perfection!

They are a major, major store. There is no competition.

It is a fun store to go to. They have everything imaginable. I bought my appliances here when we bought our house years ago. They are very helpful. It is a good place to go.

John arrived promptly and gave us a thorough estimate.  The installation crew arrived in the morning and our a.c. installed and working within a few hours.

They're really good. I'm very pleased with them. They were able to come out within a week or 10 days. That was pretty quick.

The salesman came out. He ordered a new electrical range for the oven. A week later, he came out and installed it. It is not working great. They're very polite and very professional. They respect your home. They don't make a mess of your home. They put little shoes on their feet. Everything is good with them.

I wanted a 36 inch white gas range which is difficult to find.  I researched online and found a company that makes them.  I went to abt and they were willing to special order it, and even gave me a sale price!   It was delivered on the date they told me and it was hooked up and tested with the old one being hauled away.

I purchased new kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, TV and was very pleased with the service and their selection.  I compared prices and they were lower than the local competition.

I have used them many times in the past. The delivery guys are very professional and prompt. They hauled the old one away and hooked up the new one. It was exactly what I wanted. I ordered it and they delivered it two days later. Their prices are extremely competitive. I think they have the best price around.

They are great. I will be doing business with them in the future. They have everything electronic that you can imagine.

Went very well. Worked with Jordan McCroskey who seemed very knowledgable. Installation was on-time with no issues. Got a good price with ABTs price match guarantee. Been using washer and dryer for months since then with no issues. I give Jordan an A for professionalism- I gave a B for Abt since when we came back to buy the washer and dryer Jordan was not working that day. Another associate said it was no problem, that if we placed the order with him that Jordan would get the commission. Well, when I called Jordan the next day I found out that was not true. Apparently they worked something out since both of their names were on my installation receipt, but I was disappointed that after I asked a direct question about it to the other guy that Jordan would have not gotten his commission if I had not called him. Abt should include something like this in their employee training since I'm sure this is a scenario that comes up frequently.

My experience was both good and fair.  On the first visit, the repair man arrived on time and identified the part that would have to be ordered to repair the ice dispenser on the refrigerator.  He would wait on dusting the coils until he came back to do the repair. A service call costs $150, but covers all trips necessary to do the repair.

For cleaning the coils on the beverage cooler, the service call for an additional appliance is $75.  The owners manual says to move the appliance out away from its enclosure and remove 5 screws on the back and vacuum the coils, etc.  I didn't want to do that myself and risk damaging the floor, kinking the cord, etc.  The repairman actually removed 2 screws off the front bottom and used a long narrow brush to clean the coils.  Took him 5 minutes, if that. That was a very good lesson for me to learn.

The part for the refrigerator was ordered and they called within a week to let me know the part was received.  I was pleased to hear the circuit board would cost $90.  I set up the return appointment, but ABT screwed up the schedule.  I had to then reschedule for the next week.  I was not happy that I wasted a morning at home waiting for the repair that didn't happen.

The next week, the repairman did a great job fixing the ice dispenser and moving the fridge and cleaning the coils, and the floor under the fridge.  During this however, he found out the part/circuit board was the wrong one, so he was on the phone with ABT for a while.  Lucky for me, it turns out, he did have the right part in the truck, but oops, now it's 2 or 3 times the original cost I was given.  Seemed like a bait and switch thing to me, and I complained.  He called the office and they charged me $90-100 for it, which they said was their cost.

I have no dislikes. They were very helpful in the store. The salesman was very knowledgeable. The service was very good. The key thing with them was coordinating with delivery because I was having my house redone. They were very flexible. They had to move the date once or twice. They're a little pricier than other places.
