My first contact was by phone to ABT customer services where I worked with a very good customer service rep (Sasha).  We walked through selection, she made recommendations and provide very good input.  So I purchased the item(s).
Then Vito was the installer.  He called, as promised, between 7-9AM to give me my 2hr window, and I told him fine - but if early that would be fine as well.  We Vito was early, and he did an excellent job!  The space for the new oven was not exact to to old oven, but Vito was able to get it leveled, and looking great in the space.

I purchased a home, had the kitchen redone and purchased all my kitchen appliances along with a washer/dryer, water heater, and thermostat from Abt. I held off on having all items delivered until all work (except countertop installation) was completed. The granite company I used recommended to have the appliances on hand to be put in place once the countertops were installed to make sure everything fit well. So I had the appliances delivered once I placed the order for my countertops and stored them in the living room of my home that I had not yet moved into. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected for the countertops so the appliances sat wrapped in my living room for the time. Once the counters were in place, we took all the plastic wrap and styrofoam off the appliances and noticed a small dent in the refrigerator, a small dent in the side of the hood and the oven door made a noised because it was rubbing against the frame when opened and closed. I called Abt customer service, told them of the damage and they said they would replace the refrigerator along with the hood and send a tech out to fix the oven door. Great! Until... a couple of hours later, I received a call from the salesperson I used. He stated he trusts that his delivery guys do a good job and that no replacements would be made because I had the items in my home for about a month and that the damage most likely occurred in my home... my home that I had not yet moved into and where all work had been completed so there were no workers going in or out of the property. He also said they took pictures of the items once delivered and when I asked that he forward them to me, he stated that they weren't very good pictures. 

A technician was sent out for the oven and said he would need to order a series of parts and return on another date. I contacted customer service again to set up a second appointment with the technician and, instead, they agreed to replace the oven which will be delivered today.

However, the situation with the dents in my brand new refrigerator and hood remain and it is very frustrating and disappointing.

Update
The new oven was delivered but had the same issue as the initial oven. The door was not aligned properly and rubbed against the frame when opened and closed. In addition, the tone of the stainless steel on the stovetop was different than the tone on the door of the oven. The delivery guys made note of the defects, left the oven and told me to contact customer service as they needed a ticket to take it back. I called customer service the next day and spoke to an extremely helpful representative. She made note of the entire situation from start to finish, arranged for me to select a replacement oven, in addition to getting approval for a replacement hood, and gave me a credit that will pay for one fifth of the $1,000 it will cost me to replace the door on my refrigerator. Ideally, they would have replaced the refrigerator door free of cost, but I truly appreciate all the effort the representative made.

Our 15 year old washing machine broke. I went online to start checking prices. Several of the websites stated that it would be anywhere from three days to as much as seven days for delivery. For a couple of the websites the units we were interested in were not in stock. I found an Electrolux washing machine and gas dryer on the Abt website with prices comparable to a couple of other websites, but more importantly both units were in stock. I called the Abt toll free number ? on Thursday evening ? and explained what units I was interested in and emphasized that we really needed the washing machine as soon as possible. As I was willing to do the install myself they were able to deliver the washing machine on Saturday ? very, very fast service. Abt called at 7am on Saturday morning and stated that we were the first delivery of the day. I had already moved the old machine out. The two-man delivery crew carried the new machine in without scratching our wood floors. The delivery of the matching dryer occurred on the following Monday and was delivered early due to our delivery crew being relieved from helping another delivery crew. They were able to install the new gas dryer without having to un-install the washing machine. They took the old washer and dryer when they were done with the install. Very, very professional. They did an excellent job.
