Jay overcharged us by 3x what was committed, the work was weeks late, and he charged us for work that was never done, and for sending two contractors when only one was needed (e.g. tightening a toilet). He intimidated us by yelling at my wife on the phone when she was trying to establish a schedule for the work (which should have taken 1/2 day, but instead took over 3 weeks). When we refused to pay the full amount, Jay showed up at our home during dinner on a Friday night and tried to push his way into our home. Then he threatened to put a lien on our home. Avoid this contractor at all costs.
