Village Garage & Tire

We have been going to Village garage for decades and would recommend them highly. We used to live within walking distance, but now we live 45 minutes away and still go there when we can. Ted is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We wouldn't hesitate recommending him at all. A good mechanic is hard to find, but here he is. We've bought tires several times for four family cars over the years, and have always been satisfied with Ted's recommendations and the quality of the product.

I wished I could give them an A+. They are very good and I have had no problems with them. They also have saved me a lot of money on some jobs that they have done.

It?s a very small business.  The owner runs it and he is usually there to talk about you about your car.  It?s near our house so it makes it more convenient.  He can explain what he is doing and he understands what is going on with all of our cars which are not very grand.  I have Honda, my son has a Honda also and my daughter in law has this old Chevrolet.  They managed to fix the Chevrolet with less than $300.   

The price is very reasonable and he always help us to arrive at a very good price decision.

I have been there a number of times since I have had my car towed in there a couple of times, he has done mechanical work.  He does good work, has fair price and I have known him for 30 years.  He is a good man.  I know he does a number of customers here in this area but probably there be people who are not aware and who could probably get their cars done.  He is very conscientious and does a good job.  If you take something in there he is not going to try and sell you something that you don’t need.

Oil change and inspection

The man that answered the phone was very rude, and told me that it didn't really matter because they wouldn't be able to get me in for an appointment for at least a week anyways.

Service is efficient, high-quality, and reasonably priced.

They are very friendly. They have a lot of information to share and don't hold back anything. They tell you as to what is going on with your car and what parts would be required to get the car fixed. They also inform me about getting certain things done where I can save money. It's helpful and they make you understand as to what is going on with your car.
