They recommended and performed services that did not correct our problem. Our bedrooms are still cold and when I called asking for them to come back out they never got back to me.

Attic Experts was fantastic! Ted came to do our estimate and was the only contractor (of 3 who quoted the work) who was neat, tidy, and respected our house. Prior to entering the attic, he laid a drop cloth down to catch any falling insulation (the other contractors let it fall and I had to clean it up). The day of the work, the crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, they were all extremely courteous and respectful of our house. They laid drop cloths everywhere to ensure the floors remained clean. They went right to work and went right to work foam sealing all the gaps and adding / replacing baffles where needed. The 4-man crew was supplemented by the owner who was also on-site to ensure everything worked as needed. There was a slightly calculation errors in the square footage of insulation needed – and the error made sense to me (I didn’t for once think it was a scam). The owner was very gracious and we came to an agreement on how to settle it in a way that was fair for both of us. We have two attics (1st and 2nd floor) and they only took care of the 1st floor per our contract. I will definitely hire them back next year to do the same in our 2nd floor attic and I suggest if you have a need for their services, you use them too. You won’t be disappointed.

Team showed up right on schedule. Work was professionally performed. Crew was polite and I was educated on how to properly vent an attic. I am going to have them install a new vent fan.

I called them yesterday at 4 pm and they came this morning 7 am. They are very good. They mediate the mold, installed insulation, and finish the repair. I would recommended them to anybody that need their attic fix.

Cory was awesome from the start. Got a very reasonable initial estimate to add some insulation. However, there were water issues that turned out to be much worse than initially thought that delayed the start. Since it took a lot of time and sleuthing to finally get them resolved (roof, crawl space, chimneys, etc. involved), the whole project got put off for many months, yet he was prepared to honor the initial estimate. The project ended up being much larger in the end due to the extensiveness of the water damage and mold. I ended up needing more vents, an attic fan, and total removal & replacement of the old insulation, all of which other contractors told me were needed so I knew when Cory said so, he was being totally honest. He helped me make decisions with his truly expert and sensible recommendations, and his advice aligned with the other contractors without them comparing notes; he knows his stuff! His team was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Cory worked with me very cooperatively on timing in between the other work that was being done; he had to make 3 separate trips due to the complexity of the situation but they were prompt and friendly every time. I compared prices initially and again when the project grew, and The Attic Experts was right in line, but I don't think I could possibly have found a nicer or more honest man to work with than Cory. Great company. Highly recommended.

They were courteous and professional, and did great work. It's been about a year and the attic fan is still working great. I would definitely hire them again.

Ted, Cory and the rest of the crew at Superior Insulation and Attic Ventilation were a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable; they did an assessment of the attic and pointed out the necessary aspects that could be improved (vents, insulation) what would provide no benefit (I received other quotes). The crew (4 people) showed up exactly on time the day that they said that they would and worked diligently to complete the work within one day. They were respectful of the house and there was no mess (I couldn't tell they had been there all day working other than where the work was performed - the attic looks much better) involved with the insulation upgrade and installation of the extra vents. I have now worked with them on two occasions and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

They did an attic inspection and determined that we did not have enough insulation and that we needed a new attic fan that would work for humidity as well as heat. They set an appointment to add insulation to the attic and install the new attic fan. They were punctual and polite. They added the insulation and new fan. They were clean and there was no mess when they finished.

In 2016,Despite having a sufficient Central Air conditioning unit, I suffered drastic temperature differences between the first and second floors of my home. My monthly energy cost were insane and I struggled trying to sleep at night with the high temperatures in my room. I called Attic experts and spoke with the owner Cory. He was very patient and understanding to the issues and concerns I had expressed. He personally came out to my home to do an inspection on my attic. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining the science behind the issues I was experiencing and what I needed to do to correct the problem. I received an unbeatable price quite for installation of two very quiet bathroom fans, both of which needed to be exhausted to the outside through dampered roof caps by insulated duct and a much needed attic fan. I also had my old insulation removed and replaced with Owens Corning commercial grade insulation. Now not only am I saving money on my monthly energy bills due to these improvements but his prices could not be beat by any other. Cory and his amazing team went above and beyond and provided honest, timely, professional, quality and cleanly customer service. There was not even a speck of dust at works completion. They are undoubtedly the best and the work they do is impeccable. I am reviewing here now as I have just become a member and have recommended this company to a few friends who have had similar experiences with this company. I will be calling them back this year for a dehumidifier in my crawl space .

Very fast (took them less than 30 minutes to get everything done), extremely punctual and professional. I've seen lower prices though for the same service.

I was very happy that from initial company contact to work done was just four days. The workers were a little bit later than expected, but not unreasonably so. They were professional and completed the work within 90 min.

This company was excellent in every way! Always prompt, explained everything (never pressured to add products or services) and fast. Arrived on time, communicated what the workers were doing and the time frame involved. Called me to come look at what had been done, explained the new fan and how it was working etc. Installed the attic fan ($ 595) and did blown in insulation, soffit vents etc ($1350). Price was comparable with others. This company is absolutely wonderful to work with!

 We are in the inspection period of purchasing a home and I called to get an opinion about how to find and solve the source of mold growing in the attic.  Several people had looked at the problem and came up with different solutions, none of which seemed like they would really get to the root of the problem.  When I called Superior Attics and Insulation, Corey spent a considerable amount of time on the telephone explaining many different aspects of ventilation, insulation, mold, etc.  He agreed to send someone out on very short notice on the weekend because of our time sensitive situation.  Thadius showed up, spent time in the attic, was professional and knowledgeable and gave the most straightforward explanation of the issue and what it would take to solve, which is complicated because of the particular building design.  If the transaction moves forward, we will use Superior Attics and Insulation to implement a long term solution rather than the quick fixes that have been proposed by others.

The crew came out on a Monday morning exactly on time.  They removed all of our old insulation that was destroyed by bats.  The cleaned and sanitized the attic and then replaced the insulation to code and also reinforced the attic opening with batted insulation.  They were very careful to cover carpets and cleaned up everything.  They were very professional and I would definitely hire them again (although I hope I won't have to).  I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job.  I have steep roofs on my house and they were able to very effectively drill the roof holes to install the roof caps.  The roof caps were high quality, heavy gauge, galvanized steel with dampers.   They also used high quality flexible piping to connect the fans to the roof caps.  You could tell these guys knew what they were doing.  Very pleased with the qualify of the workmanship.  They removed all waste after the job, too.  Don't hesitate calling them--I would use them again in a heart beat.  

I couldn't be happier with the results of
the work performed by the Attic Expert.  First off Cory Thomas, the owner arrived at my home for the initial estimate.  He was early, he quickly assessed the issues and my needs and recommended some excellent solutions. He told me to call when I was ready to schedule the work.  Here's a breakdown: it turns out my non-operational attic fan, venting to the outside on the roof was under warranty, so the repair work was nominal.  However,  my two bath fans, which had by installed by my previous handyman (a.k.a. ex. husband) were not vented to the outside at all. My whole house fan, which I thought was nonfunctional, was actually not spinning because I had left Christmas beaded garland resting in the blades.  Happy Mardi Gras, righ (talk about being embarassed).  However,  it still was incorrectly hung in the ceiling.
Cory provided me with an estimate and told me to call when I got the parts in for the repair work on my attic fan.  The parts came from the manufacturer and I called to schedule a date and time.  Once again Cory was on site, and brought two teams with their trucks and gear to tackle to the work that needed to be done. They were on the roof and in my attic simultaneously, and completed all the work within an hour. 
The professionalism, knowledge, and sincerity of Cory and his team was astonishing in this day in age.  While everyone else seems to be looking to make a dollar off everything/everybody and take advantage of the unknowledgeable, he made every effort to inform me of what needed to be done and handled the situation well.  His commitment to doing the job right, without overcharging me or trying to sell me things I didn?t need are to be commended.  I would definitely recommend Superior

When we called about a service call, they
were prompt to schedule a service call.   The person whom came to our
house was professional and quick.   One of the selling points was a 'life
time warranty' on the attic fan.

They arrive early for the service appointment.  They
worked with my wife.    They were done with their work in a bought an
hour.   They wrapped up with my wife.   

When I looked for the paper work on 7/23,
there was virtually none.   One of them had signed 'complete' on the
original order.    There was no details about the warranty.
 Without these details, we could not submit a claim for warranty if the
attic fan failed.   So, I went to my garage, where they had left a attic
fan box, filled with garbage.   I dug into the box to find the warranty,
which should have been handed to us when they closed the server work out.
  In addition, part of the roof that they cut off to extend the bathroom
vent fell into my deck.  They didn't
bother to clean it up.

At the time, I had called Corey and left
message.   Corey eventually followed up
(8/23) based on my original review from Angie?s list.   I
appreciate him taking the time to come out and explain the situation.    In addition, I also appreciated how they
validated that they installed the correct product as well as made me feel
better for the quality of the work.     He also explained that he had let go the
person responsible for the lack of clean up and poor communication.

In summary, I appreciate the follow
up.    There was a bad taste in our mouth
since the installation was completed.  
Corey helped resolve those concerns.  
With that being said, it would be hard to rate to objectively rate our
experience as good or great based on the execution on the original installation
date.
