I am very pleased with the new system. I have used Mr. O'Connell's service for other problems. We have always found him to be prompt and leaves everything clean.

Very good. How much detail could there be? The toilet flang was broke he fixed it. This is why I don't like writing reviews. A common problem, it was fixed.

Arrived on time, went to work quickly after assessing shut off locations, access to spigot through wall, and what I specifically wanted. Started promptly, completed job, completely picked up after himself and showed me work for inspection. 
Very well done, exactly what I wanted and offered a 10% discount on top. 
I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone, and have to my family. 

John provided great service moving a gas line that was below ceiling height as part of updating our laundry room. He turned up when scheduled and left the workplace tidy and secure. He also put in another gas shut off valve to the laundry and kitchen stove that can be used without affecting the furnace or hot water heater, which was a nice touch.
Highly recommend his services.

It was fine he also walked through my new nut old house and gave me lots of great suggestions on what needs to be done. He diagnosed the main reason I called him over for which was a bathtub leak and is coming back Monday to fix it for me. Very nice honest man.

John and his partner came out to investigate the source of a water leak in my ceiling.  They arrived on time as scheduled and began working on the problem.  Looked at every possible water source in the home and determined that it was not any of the pipes that was causing the leak, but actually it was water coming from the air conditioner.  This is the 2nd time that I have used John and his services and he is the only one that I am comfortable with doing any plumbing work in my home.  He knows his stuff and seems to be a straightforward guy.  i'm glad that I found him on Angie's List several years ago.

John and his son Chris arrived when they said they would be here.  They didn't see the issue right away, but John thoroughly explained what could have been causing the problem.  They worked on both toilets to make sure there weren't any blockages just in case.  I would definitely use them again in the future.  I'd give them an A+ rating!

The guys came promptly, the next day after taking a look at the problem. This father and son team did great work and kept at it until everything was completed, replacing the drain in the bathtub and all of the pieces going down and around to the sewer pipe. They always do a great job of cleaning up, if necessary. I had just mentioned the kitchen sink, and didn't expect them to get that done the same day but they did. I was very pleased, and now there are no leaks from the bathtub, which were causing the kitchen ceiling to sag. And we can use both sides of our sink! They spent over six hours on this job, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable since they had done some work on the previous day as well, when they came to look at the job.

We like his service and he is very nice. He is always very punctual and honest in his estimates. He is reasonably priced and I have recommended him to several people in the area.

Pay me now or pay me later. It took me many years to learn if you want something done right call the plumber. John and son are the best.. Every time I manage to break something or get the crazy idea I'll save money I quickly come back to reality and call John.
He and his son are courteous,highly professional, reasonably priced and wait for it....punctual.
Took a long time to find someone of his caliber....Highly recommend.
