My sister in law and I have been customers for 20+ years. She sent my parents a flower arrangement for Christmas and when she got here was disappointed in the size and the amount of flowers. She lives in New York City and is used to high prices and is very generous. She called the owner today and was spoken to very sarcastically and rudely. I ordered a centerpiece, as I do every year from them, and was very upset with it. It was sparse, unattractive and turning brown by Christmas evening. I then called and identified myself by name, as she knows me. Once I started to talk about my sister in law she was incredibly rude. She raised her voice and was telling me how busy they were and all the work they have to do. She said my sister in law got what she ordered. She wouldn't let me get a word in. I didn't even get to tell her about my flower arrangement. I told her we were going to part ways and said good bye. I would not recommend them to anyone.
