"Prior to us coming out, this customer had an old, broken humidifier. By the time we left their house, they had a brand new, upgraded humidifier installed and in perfect working order. After installation of the device, the customer asked if we could hook the humidifier up to his thermostat so that instead of a self functioning humidifier, he could control it with his smartphone. This is not a problem, but it would require extra work and electrical rewiring, which understandably is not free. The customer said he knew someone who would do this for him for free, so he told us not to worry about it & we left him with his new and working humidifier"

"We make it a point to always give a two hour window from the time scheduled until the time that our technician arrives for every job we schedule. We apologize that this was not more clearly explained to you when we scheduled your appointment. The reason we give a two hour window is because sometimes a job that we have scheduled earlier in the day may run longer than expected. Again we apologize for not better communicating this to you, and we are glad that you thought the job was done thoroughly."
