Slow response and weak customer service

It was unclear from the phone call to sign up that the payment for installation would be at the time of service. The call indicated we would be billed. They were willing to reschedule when we had payment on hand.

.I explained that this had happened on several occasions in the past year and that the problem was diagnosed as not enough signal strength coming from the cable box. The company eventually corrected the problem by instructing me to disconnect the power source to the modem, wait 15 sec, and reconnect. They then sent a stronger signal that solves the problem for now.
Description of Work: In response to a phone call (with a long wait time and terrible music), an out of country employee with a thick accent tried to restore our ability to connect to the internet.

Every year at the contract renewal, the price increased dramatically. After 8 years of service, we called to determine a cheaper route to get the service because the monthly bill had doubled over the 8 years and nothing was added to service. We were told the only way to decrease amount would involve a savings of about $3 per month. We found service through our local phone provider. When we called to cancel our service and setup time to disconnect, we were then told how we could reduce our bill dramatically; a new "deal" that we could have since we were serious about leaving. Not impressed! A company should not only be concerned about assisting the customer only when they are leaving.
Description of Work: Provided internet, phone, and cable.

They were unwilling to give us the same price as new customers...they want new customers but don't really care about keeping their loyal ones
Description of Work: Raised the prices super high after out initial contract was out. Our high speed internet is good so we kept it but we are definitively paying a lot for it

We had an issue that took three months to resolve. They did not compensate us properly and their service is terrible.
