"Hi there! At times, the reason why some cleanings take longer than others, is because depending on what the situation is for the time they're there. If the unit is in pretty good shape for the time, it takes less time to do a cleaning & tune-up, if it has a bit more buildup it can take a bit longer. "As it was quoted to you from the origination of the phone call you made to us on 11/13/2018 , the charges would be at minimum $178.00 for the inspection of your units for the sale of your house. We do want to mention that you were in a rush and you needed someone the next day which we did accommodate for you being that you were in a time crunch for your final inspection. Our GPS locating service (which is attached to every technician) read that he was there from 8:37am to 9:15am, which is much longer than 15 minutes. The charges goes as follows $69.00 for the service charge, and a minimum 1 hour labor charge of $109.00 per the hour so we made you well aware of the charges before you had us come out and even though we went over 1 hour for your inspection, we did not charge you on the extra time we were there (which most companies would do). We encourage everyone to shop around for prices before having someone out, if you had done just that, you would have noticed that ours would be at least on the top 3 of competitiveness with others. Lets face it, no one wants to spend money on these things, yet you needed this service in order to pass inspection so you could sell your house without waiting on another company to come out , since it was cold at the time and most service providers were backed up for weeks. Many companies will tack on an additional charge for coming in earlier that is convenient for them, but we did not do that to you because it would have driven your cost to almost double that amount. We really appreciate your input on this review, it allows us to explain to anyone that will read it what differences that sets us apart from the others. Our advice to you is that next time, if you know you will be selling your property, call well in advance so that you can shop for pricing that will work to your liking so that you can see especially from our point of view what it would have normally costed you to do exactly what you have needed. We wish you a wonderful Holiday season."
