"Hello there, with regards to your appointment, on that day we had tried over and over again to reach you. You see, when we send technicians out to you, we need to confirm that you will be at the property once we start heading them over to you. Us here in the office got notice that when the technician was trying to call you, he could not get a response. When we make the appointments we always make it clear that we do call ahead of time and that there must be an answer to that phone call in order for us to dispatch our technician to you, without an answer, we cannot send a technician anyone out to you. On that day, we tried and received no answer, so we kept the technician moving to other appointments and tried to contact you after each one and to no avail. We had left messages, and called many times to make sure that we wouldn't miss you, yet we had received no answer to our attempts to contact you whatsoever until you had called at 3:05pm asking if anyone is going to show up. After many , and I mean so many attempts, we had to have our technician move on with his day to other appointments. We would have kept your appointment for that day but you did get upset and told us to cancel the appointment. In all honesty , we made every attempt, not just once or twice , but many many many times and we had received no answers to our calls. Many times, some may not answer because they do not recognize the phone # right away, and we understand that so we do leave voicemails for that reason and that is also why we tell everyone that we will be calling while our tech is on the way so it's important to answer that phone call, because without an answer we cannot send anyone by. It's a rule we need to abide by, due to the fact that technicians are expensive to keep employed, and we can not blindly send someone over without confirming that the customer is home, because many times - we had not found them to be home, even though we made the appointment at certain time windows. We do apologize for any miss-understanding,"
