There was a scheduling conflict. I needed them to be able to come out on a Saturday but they said they couldn't come out on a Saturday to fulfill the deal. Because of my job, I'd have to have the work done on the weekend.

Bill came out to my home and he did an excellent job fixing my a/c unit. I will definitely use them in the future.

The service went okay. The staff came out and did an inspection and ran some tests. They could not repair the unit but they sold me a new Lennox unit with a 5 year warranty. I thought the additional fee for the unit was pretty pricey. I believe they did a good job and were efficient workers. The unit has worked just fine since the installation. Two technicians came out and completed the installation in about 3 hours. My only concern is that the new unit is not level and looks bad. It tilts a bit and is not aesthetically pleasing. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Had appointment set-up to get an estimate on new system. The time came and went, so I called the office and they said he was just leaving and would be about 30 minutes.

Went well! Willie shaved up on time, Performed service and explained each step recommending cleaning and service.

Bought the deal for whole home humidifier. Willy and Max came and quickly gave me a few options for equipment and install. Very helpful explaining how the devices differed and that they would run water hookup off hot water for better results. They installed a better, more expensive unit, ran PVC drain extension (not flex tube) and removed old unit. Told me how to set best humidity level etc. Very good service and a great deal. Will definitely have the guys back for service for all my HVAC needs.

Bill was on time, gave me professional opinion and industry standards. Well versed in his profession and fixed it well.

Willie was friendly & professional. He discussed how to change the furnace filter and how the furnace system worked. He answered all my questions. The service went well and was fast.

We signed up for an A/C inspection deal from Freedom through Angie's List as our unit was not cooling properly. Rick, the technician, arrived on time and determined that the free-on was low. Provided a quote to attempt to seal the system and add free-on. Initially it worked for few hours but the problem was greater. A new A/C unit was needed to replace a 20+ year old one. This situation was a bad/expensive surprise as we have just moved into this property only three weeks before. The issue was not identified during pre-purchase inspection performed by a property inspector. Since this was a matter of emergency and the potential cost high, I contacted Freedom and was able to talk to Mr. Pete Fiorentino, the owner. He was very understanding of our situation and immediately provided a more than satisfactory solution, both at a reasonable price and with a sense of urgency to resolve our problem. For a variety of reasons Rick had to come out several times (initial visit could not work on system as it was frozen, second visit to seal and add free-on, third visit to determine what was wrong, fourth visit to install new unit, and follow-up visit to ensure unit was operating properly). He was always on or a bit ahead of time. He worked patiently and diligently to try to resolve the problem in most cost effective way. The office staff, Rita and the other lady (forgot her name), are fantastic. They have an outstanding sense of urgency and get things done fast. This company is certainly highly customer-centered, very reliable, and stands behind their work. They have become our service provider of record and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They are fine. I didn't give any 'A' letter grades because no one can be perfect.

They said everything was fine. They sent out one guy for the job for about 45 minutes.

Willie checked the blower first and changed my filter, everything was fine, He then went outside and checked condenser, cleaned fins of debris with water and then took fin 2 readings with gauges. Told me everything was good.

I called freedom and they sent a serviceman out right away. Very convenient. His name was Willie. He was very informative & thorough, and answered all my questions.

Willy was on time explained what he would re doing very satisfied.

Willy the technician was prompt. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He was extremely courteous. Problem was resolved. Issue steamed from air filter being sucked into fan.

Pete was great. I called him and he called me back immediately and came out to check out everything that same afternoon. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a firm competitive price. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he said he would be out first thing the next day to get the unit replaced. The installation was tricky as the unit has to be squeezed through a narrow hatch in the roof. He devised a way to do it and the installation was done on time and without any complications. I wish that all service providers were as easy to work with and I'm very happy wit the job that the guys did.

I wish I had other people like Willie for work on other parts of my house. He is helpful and professional. I would grade Willie and Freedom Heating & Cooling with and A+.
