"Thank you for the review, for a normal maintenance check the cleaning is normally done on the outside of the unit, if there is a real need to open the units up we would definitely let you know, because of the fact that there are additional labor costs involved when having to open the unit up and do a deep cleaning making it considerably more expensive for that visit. Our technician would have definitely let you know if that was a service that was needed at the time. Since, to him, it seemed fine at that time he did not see the point in charging more for a deeper cleaning of the unit. We definitely never try to over sell, so that is why he had said that the inside looked fine at that visit. We thank you very much for letting us know how you felt about the visit, this way we can explain what has happened to allow others to know what it is to be expected."

"The technicians caught a train 1 hour away from you, which was explained to you. They are required to wear masks when entering any customers home. The unit needed to be washed off before checking pressures. Pictures show your unit was one of the dirtiest any of us have ever seen. They diagnosed the problem, told you the solution. They did not up-sale you on anything and honored the $49 deal. The entire situation could have been avoided if you had basic maintenance on your system. You left your A/C in such bad condition and are upset because we told you the problem. Instead of taking a gamble with charging the unit on a colder day, they told you the truth about false readings. Most people would respect honesty, we are sorry you feel this way. Thanks and God bless."

We aren't a company that works out of a house garage, our prices are structured on the same level as the top 5 HVAC companies in Chicago. We gave you a price over the phone and you didn't like it?
