PROAMERICAN HOME IMPROVEMENTS, INC.

They clearly explained what the insurance company wanted and the process for an insurance claim.  They received much more from the insurance company than I was originally offered.  They dealt with the insurance company.  I just sat back and did very little.

I was doing yard work in the back when Adam S. rang my doorbell.  My wife answered the door and directed Adam to me.  He explained that he was working with home owners in the area who had been affected by the recent storm.  He offered to inspect my property for free and assess for damages.  He explained that I was under no obligation to buy anything and in fact said some of the homes in the area had showed no damage.  
 I agreed to allow him to check things out and he brought out his ladder and went to work.  He had another co-worker, Andrew assist him and I was impressed with the time and depth of their inspection.  About a half hour later, Adam showed me photos of the damage I had to my roof, siding, and gutters.  They took my wife and I around the house, showing us the damage.  We had no idea the roof was so bad.
 We then called our insurance company while they were still in the house.  The insurance company said an adjuster would be out the end of the week.  Adam said he would be back to meet the adjuster.  He assured me things would go smoothly.   Adam came back out to the house to meet the adjuster.  The adjuster agreed with Adam's findings and told me that most companies are not as thorough as Adam was.  In fact, the adjuster said he's worked with other organizations that drop the ball and miss areas that need attention. In the upcoming days and weeks, ProAmerican took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company.  They worked with the insurance company and left me with a hassle-free experience.
 They scheduled my job and with a matter of weeks, my job was completed.  My wife and I were amazed at the organization and teamwork the installers displayed.  We had put in $35k worth of landscaping the year before and were concerned things would get damaged.  This crew took tremendous care and we're happy to say that NOTHING WAS DAMAGED!  Once the work was completed, a field manager and Adam showed up again to inspect the overall job.  We couldn't be more happier! Since then we've referred Adam and his company to several neighbors and friends.  I'm in business myself and it's nice to see that there are still companies out there that do business the "right way", standing by their word, and seeing a job through.  I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.  THANKS PROAMERICAN!
