Sara arrived at 8:00 with all the supplies I might request and proceeded to work NONSTOP until 4 PM! In addition to decluttering tor neglected areas of our home, she thoroughly cleaned from ceiling to floor. We have a typical small ranch-style home with three bedrooms and one bath and Sara used her time so efficiently that she even cleaned our windows! Our dark and dusty house shines and sparkles thanks to Sara Grzeszczak! I'm recommending her to all my friends and  give her two thumbs up to Angie's List members.

Went well overall -- very nice women who came, thoughtful and professional, arrived early.  Scheduling process was easy via email.  Only complaint was that I had pre-paid for 4 hours of cleaning, and they were "done" after 1.5 hrs (x2 people = 3 hours), and I didn't feel comfortable going around the house and nit-picking, "oh did you see this dust here?", "oh could you clean my microwave please?" because that's super-awkward and would make me feel demanding/weird.  But at the same time, I felt like if I'd paid for the time, then the workers should have kept working.  In fairness, they asked me if they could leave, and I hesitated but then said, "If you're done, you're done," after I'd pointed out a couple things that I wanted to be fixed.  I would probably still hire again because they were so friendly, but I'd write out clearer expectations at the start.

This is my second review of Welcome Home.  We have had them since August 2011 and have been very satisfied.  Sara is excellent in how she runs her company and is always easy to work with.  We have had  Bonnie do our cleanng for some time now and are completely happy with her.  She is a very hard worker and a very nice person also. 
Unfortunately we are moving out of state but wanted everyone to know what a great company this is.  I just hope we can find another one as good as this one in our new town

Sarah came in and worked very professionally.  She was neat & courteous and knew exactly what she was doing. Lines of communication worked very well.  I looked at a few others and they do not come close to having Sarah do the work. Top rating, in my book.

The service was great. They did a really thorough cleaning. He was very prompt in the response for setting up the initial appointment for the cleaning service. I don’t remember how much I paid but I think it was $200 for 16 hours worth of cleaning.

Great service, very, very nice staff.  Prompt, consistent, and detailed on their service expectations.  Recommend them on a weekly basis!

They did a good job.  Sara, the owner, is very good with follow up.  In fact, I believe we will be using the company on a regular basis.

Sara was very responsive and professional when I called, and I was able to set up a date for someone to come out and clean our home within a week.  The housekeeper arrived on time and we did a quick walk-through of my home.  She was very friendly and energetic.  She asked plenty of questions, which I thought was great.

She ended up doing a superb job, and we returned to a beautifully cleaned home.  She neatened up toys and game areas in my kids' room and that was a pleasant surprise (kids were even impressed).  I am pretty picky and I was not able to find any area she didn't clean well or neglect.  Everything was perfect.  She left me a note saying she ended up staying an hour longer then the Big Deal coupon stated in order to get everything done, and I appreciated that level of consideration.

Bonnie was great! She was punctual, personable, and did a great job. Could not have asked for more.

Purchased a 4 hour cleaning coupon for my wife in December 2011. My wife set up an appointment to have house cleaning done with Welcome Home in April 2012 since the coupon was good for 6 months. I initially spoke to Sara when I made the puchase in December and she played everything off like they were a great company, who did a great job. Not true. When my wife made the appointment Sara said that she would send 2 house cleaners out and they would clean for 2 hours. We thought this was fair. Sara said they would hand clean our kitchen floor because it is a high gloss black italian ceramic. They did not hand clean it and the floor looks awful. Sara also said that the workers would split up and do the work separately. They did not. The first hour both workers were together talking and joking around in our sunrrom. They did a horrible job on both bathrooms. They didn't do any vacuuming upstairs. The windows in the sunroom have streaks. They arrived late. We are looking for a company to clean our home regularly and it's obvious that Welcome Home doesn't want our business. When they were asked to finish vacuuming the upstairs livingroom they said that they had another customer they had to get to. They did an awful job cleaning our house and we will let friends, family, co-workers know not to use them.

We paid $74 for the Big Deal to have our house cleaned for 4 hours by one person.  Scheduling was easy and the woman showed up on time (with her grandson).  My wife first asked her to clean upstairs (where she did a great job).  She even had my wife review the work before she went downstairs - kudos for this.  The housekeeper then moved to the 1st floor where she did a good job on everything she did but it's the items she didn't do where we had issues.  The run in the living room was not vacuumed, the blinds were not dusted and to top it off the housekeeper left 1/2 hr early (granted she did have her grandson there to help her so not too upset about this one).  I wouldn't have minded that she left but she didn't even have my wife look over her work - which would have prevented the areas she missed.  Overall a good job and when we hire a full-time housekeeper we will definitely have them come out to give us an estimate.  Lastly, we did receive a follow-up call from the owner where we expressed our issues.  She was very kind and made sure to reassure my wife this type of stuff is not brushed aside.

Sara was very nice when setting up the appointment, as well as after, when I spoke to her about the results of the job.  However, I confess that I am a little disappointed.  After consideration, I decided to submit this report.   This job was scheduled after purchasing a "Big Deal" special:  $75 for four hours (two women for two hours).  They two women were very polite and nice; they said that this was the first time working together.  They seemed a little overwhelmed by the size of the house (admittedly large), which may have affected their work.  Since it was their first time, they asked to see the layout of the house.  As they seemed overwhelmed, I started telling them not to dust, clean my boys rooms (which are very messy!), and not to clean several rooms at all.  I think they could have worked at a faster pace to achieve more in the two hours.   After they left, I took out my own vacuum and ended up dusting what they could not get to.

We have had Welcome Home cleaning our house since August of 2011. Since the current two ladies started cleaning our house, everything has been going good.  We had problems with the original girl, but Sara remedied the situation and sent two more experienced women and everything is being done very well.  Sara responds very quickly to any concerns and is very easy to work with.

No good. Didn't clean up to my standards and my condo was almost clean when she got there. I ended up having to clean the entire condo right after she left.

I've never used a professional cleaner before but I knew I needed some help with keeping up with household chores. Linda arrived on time and with all necessary supplies. She was friendly and professional throughout the day. I think the work took her longer than anticipated (I guess the house was messier than anticipated). She stayed cheerful and finished everything. She wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the work so we looked the house over. I asked for some minor rework in one area and she gladly agreed. I am looking forward to continuing with this service on a weekly and eventually biweekly basis.

The work was great. They have been very accommodating for me and easy to work with, communicating with me by email, which is what I prefer.

They do a good job. It’s been an excellent experience and they are always on time.
