Big Mike's Garage Doors

Mike returned my call quickly and came the following day. My garage door opener needed a part that was under lifetime warranty. He helped me in getting the new part. Mike was honest and could have charged me for a new one. The part came in and he was here the following day. I highly recommend Mike, he was honest, professional, knew what he was doing and reasonable.

Big Mike can out and assessed that our door needed a new spring to home it open and close properly. He said that he could custom cut one, and we agreed to hire him. But he didn’t show to the day he said he would. We called a couple different times but never had our calls returned. We were completely ghosted.

Left a voicemail and Big Mike called back within 30 minutes - said he had one stop to make before hand - then called again when he was en route to our house and had it fixed that morning. Service included a "tune up" to make sure door & all moving parts were working smoothly -- couldn't have been any better. Price he quoted was same price noted in other reviews for same issue. Fantastic service - wish all service calls were that smooth.

In a word: Outstanding! Spring broke at 9 PM, and door would not open at all. Searched Angie's list and emailed Mike at 10 PM. Called Mike at 7 AM the next day. Mike arrived at 8:50 AM. Both doors were working beautifully by 10:15. He also did some minor maintenance on the doors. I really appreciated the quick response. Mike is a real pro! He replaced the single spring with a double spring so we can still open the door if one spring were to fail. I used his Angie's list coupon and saved a few bucks. I will definitely call Mike next time we need garage door repairs, and spread the word to friends and neighbors.

Mike was very quick to respond to our request for service. He was able to get our door back on track and reattach the cable that was holding our door in an out of service status. He lubed all the proper places and our door works better that it has in years. Highly Recommend.
