Professional service.  We purchased an Angie's Deal so they wouldn't schedule until they had more customers in our area.  They did call once they knew.  On time and professional service people.  They did a great job especially since I don't think the gutters had been cleaned in a few years prior to our moving in.  They also provided a report with photos as to the condition of our roof.  We would recommend their service.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this project. The work was okay and they did the job. I provided the downspouts and they did the labor to put them up. The work was pretty standard and I can't say anything stood out to me. I thought their price was high for the amount of work that was done; I thought they would do more. The work they did was sufficient and they did what I asked them to do. They responded to my original call promptly, called before they came and came when they were supposed to. I was not here when they completed the job.

I am very pleased with Trela Roofing. They are very professional and take pride in their family owned business and the services they provide to the community. A recent rainstorm that revealed a leaky roof prompted me to contact them. I got their contact information from Angie's List and called based on their location and client reviews. They came to my home to assess my problem, provided me with a reasonable estimate, and fixed my roof all within a weeks time. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Trela Roofing and Remodeling came to my home and installed an attic fan and it has been cold since it was installed so I don't know how it works.  I wish the terms of the deal were a little more clearly stated.

Purchased a Great Deal coupon.  Got an estimate in writing.  Within two weeks when the weather was good, Trela removed the old shingles and installed new shingles.   

Coming home from work one day I was surprised to see a pool of water on my new kitchen floor and a 1x1ft section of my ceiling falling down. My 1950's house still had the original kitchen ceiling vent which must have been leaking during the Feb storm that passed through. Wanting to have this entire situation fixed while being hands off I contacted a few roofing companies, Trela Roofing being one of them. Ryan came out to do the estimate and he listened to what I wanted to do rather than offering a fix or workaround. Because of this and a reasonable price I hired him to do the work.
The plan was to take out the original ceiling vent, duct work, exterior vent and replace it by using my microwave exhaust and installing new ductwork through the cabinet, into the attic and through the roof using a new vent. The crew did all this and put up new ceiling drywall, taped, and sanded within 2 days. Ryan's foreman and contractor did a great job and took their time to make sure the first time something was done it was done right. The quality and timeliness were impressive and allowed me to get back to work knowing that everything was done right. Definitely would hire Trela again.

From my own assessment, it seemed the water in the closet had to be coming from the roof, so I set out to find a company for repairs. Trela was my first call based on other reviews on Angie's list.  Its so nice to have a overall superior experience to report!!
From start to finish, I give Trela Roofing an "A."  I received a prompt call back from Robert the company owner with a thorough discussion of my issue.  I had an onsite assessment and estimate within four business days and a team on site within another ten days. WIth record rain this Spring season, roofing work is challenging to schedule and complete in wet or windy conditions.  Trela did their best to schedule my job, given that I had an active leak.
A reoccurence of the leak will be the ultimate test, but based on my iexperience with multiple contractors during and since the building of my home, the Trela team was knowledgeable, professional AND efficient. Once the team was on site, they offered a very understandable explanation of the planned repairs, as well as some additional observations about the likely contributing factors to the leak.  I was very impressed with their willingness to make suggestions and not just accept a homeowner's request (aluminum door frame rather than a painted one), but they also looked beyond the scope of the immediate problem to perform some preventative maintenance (extra caulking in some other vulnerable roof areas). 
Clean-up was very complete, including vacuuming along their walking path inside my home.  They even adjusted some minor hardware that was knocked askew during their work effort.
I'm not able to comment on the competitiveness of their pricing as I didn't pursue other bids.  While initially I had a little sticker shock, I feel good that I received top workmanship.

attorney review process of buying a house. The company waited almost 2
weeks before getting a quote to me (when I had been told it would be
done in the next 3-4 days). Their quote was also 2.5x higher than the
other two quotes we received...

I noticed water pouring over the roof, and behind my gutter instead of
into it. Since We had Trela  replace our roof last year and were happy
with the work they did, I gave them a call.
They came out the next day to take a look at it, and discovered that even though we have covered gutters, one of the downspouts was clogged. They removed the clog, and made sure that the water was draining correctly.
They did this free of charge, and with a smile. I can't recommend them highly enough!

, They called promptly to schedule a site visit, which was also timely.  The visiting employee documented my concerns regarding the roof and pointed out issues I had not noticed.  He discussed possible additional options and left to prepare a quote for the additional work.  Trela prepared the quote promptly and I decided not to do the additional work.  Trela scheduled the job (the original deal) and soon sent a three-man crew.  I was pleased with their work and with the discussion with the crew after they had finished.  I will get other quotes for the additional work they had proposed and will give Trela the job if their quote is reasonably close to the others.  Trela clearly knows what they are doing.

The experience was fine.  We didn't go with them because they were $4000 above the next quote.  They told us that we needed something that we didn't need.

Professional, competent and responsive throughout process. They offered to help us file a warranty claim since the prior roof failed early but alas they found that the shingle company had gone out of business.  Helped us pick shingle color to match the old roof color made by the defunct company...perfect match.  No surprises.  After they left I could not count the right number of roof vents they were to install due to our complicated roof and the crew chief got back to me immediately to explain where they had been installed and why the location was chosen.  Totally satisfied.

I got a quote from them and a brochure.  The price was really high.  We did not use them because of the price. They came in early June.  It was professional and he presented everything fine.  The quote was the highest estimate I had.

The job went off on schedule, without a hitch, and has saved us on heating bills since then.
